"As a couple, we felt we were miss sold this holiday as this is very much dominated by familys with multiple kids running wild. This made gaining access to pool, evening events and the buffet a stressful event. Reception staff rude on mutiple occasions. And paid for events changed with short notice.. ..."

"The rooms aired dated, and the beds and pillows are not comfortable. Mattress was awful. The property is nice but the rooms need attention. Breakfast was good and staff and very nice and helpful."
