"Excellent hotel! The whole hotel was very clean and tidy and smelt lovely. The room was very nice - large room, bed very comfortable and a good shower. There's a pillow menu to choose your pillow and you can even order a sleep mask from reception. Breakfast was lovely with a great choice, ranging from several egg dishes, sweet options like pancakes and waffles and healthier options like granola and smoothy bowls. The hotel is also in a great location, with lots of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. It's also easy to get to old town either on foot, via the subway, or via Uber which are very reasonably priced. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and I'd highly recommend this hotel. "

"Overall lovely Hotel to stay at while at a conference. Very central location and convenient underground parking. The pool was a very nice feature. My room was very nice and comfortable overall, but my AC unit was noisy and made a whining/ rattling noise- which caused some interrupted sleep."

"My room was on the second floor and looked like it was recently renovated. It was very tight for space. Bathroom in particular didn't have much countertop space or space to move. It was so small that my knees would hit the shower door when sitting on the toilet. My room was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful."

"The hotel is superbly located, within walking distance of some of the finest department stores, restaurants and shops in Montreal, plus a stone’s throw away from Mount Royal. The property itself is charming, but the rooms are in dire need of an update. Not only is the furniture dated and the carpet worn-out, wrinkled and damaged, but some AC units - if you ever need them in this predominately cold city - are incredibly noisy and ancient. I’m pretty sure that the AC control unit in our room is a few weeks away from qualifying as an antique. The staff was friendly, but their hospitality is hampered by the fact that they only have one valet that they share with the more modern Sens Hotel across the street, which is owned by the same company. Overall, a relatively good value-for-money hotel, with some big pros (location!) and cons. Also, no elevator!"
