Good, need little improvements

Its a great hotel. Luxury room is excellent. Room we stayed had small issues. But did not bother to complain. TV in the room had volume issue. TV in bathtub did not work. Window was not closing airtight. Breakfast was great. Overall it was good a stay.

Neither the pool or the bars were open but this was not mentioned at any point, not even at check in. There were minor technical issues with the room, such as some flickering light bulbs. The hotel looks very impressive and could be fantastic if it was all functioning.

Nådde ikke helt opp

Egentlig litt skuffet over oppholdet. Hotellet hadde sikkert sine glansdager når det først ble bygget men ser ut som et spøkelse for øyeblikket. Rommene var fine, men man kunne se at de ikke ble vasket ordentlig. Frokosten var grei. Skuffelsen var egentlig bassenget. Resepsjonen og de som jobbet der ga ulike svar på når det åpnet og var stengt for vedlikehold. Fikk høre alt fra 3 dager til 2 uker. Så hvis du booker for bassenget, ring og spør så du ikke blir skuffet. Området rundt er et industriområde. Sentrum er type 10-15 min unna med bil.

Odada çay, kahve ve su yoktu. Buzdolabı tamamen boştu. Temiz olduğu düşünülerek verilen terliklerden biri çamur içerisindeydi. Aynı zamanda 5 yıldızlı bir otel olmasına rağmen kahvaltı vasattı. Kahvaltıda ekmek bile yoktu. Kahvaltının başında duran çalışan “Ekmeği saat 8 de güvenlik getiriyor. “ dedi. Peki ya kahvaltı neden 7 de başlıyor o zaman. Normalde 22:00’ a kadar açık olması gereken kapalı havuz kullanım dışıydı ve havuzu kullanmak için 2 gün önceden söylenmesi gerektiğini belirttiler.

Während meines einwöchigen Aufenthalts in diesem Hotel musste ich bedauerlicherweise dreimal den Zimmerwechsel vornehmen. Bereits im ersten Zimmer stellte sich heraus, dass die Regendusche defekt war, sodass das Wasser seinen Weg quer durch den Raum fand. Der Safe war unbrauchbar, und der Kartenleser an der Tür konnte meine Karte nicht zuverlässig erkennen, was zu wiederholten Besuchen an der Rezeption führte. Leider setzten sich diese Probleme auch in den beiden folgenden Zimmern fort. Im dritten Zimmer hatte ich schließlich genug und wollte nicht erneut umziehen. Hier waren zusätzlich die Fenster defekt, was zu Lärm und Kälte führte. Das Schwimmbad entpuppte sich als regelrechte Katastrophe. Obwohl mir versichert wurde, dass die Wassertemperatur perfekt sei, lag sie tatsächlich bei nur 18°C. Die gesamte Badausstattung wies Flecken und Spuren auf. Sogar die Toilette musste ich selbst mit Desinfektionsmittel reinigen, da sie in einem äußerst unhygienischen Zustand war. Der Boden und die Chromhalterungen waren ebenfalls in einem desolaten Zustand. Darüber hinaus scheint das Hotel regelmäßig von Männern mit zweifelhaften Begleiterinnen besucht zu werden. Meine Empfehlung geht klar an Familien, sich nach einer alternativen Unterkunft umzusehen. Ein anderes Hotel wäre definitiv ratsam.

2 günlük rezervasyon yaptırdım konum, yer, manzara odalar ve temizlik mükemmeldi. Bazi eksikler vardı. 1. gün hersey güzeldi. 2.gun tekrar konaklamaya gittigimde odam düzenlenmiş yatağım yapılmış AMA ikram için verilen çay kahve ve su yokdu. Bende ikinci gün gece konaklamadan akşam iftar saati otelden ayrıldım. Bunu çıkışta resepsiyona ilettim. Hoş bir izlenim olmadı bnm için açıkçası demekki bir gece yeterli. ikinci gece konaklamalar da odaya su bile bırakılmıyor.

Preisleistung unter aller Sau.Ich habe ein Familienzimmer gebucht aber angeblich war die Klimaanlage kaputt daher 2 Einzelzimmer. Die Zimmer sind sehr laut und sauber sieht anders aus.Ich möchter wissen wie man an die 5 Sterne drangekommen ist.
