"The room was big with a very comfortable bed. The staff was great especially Alara who works in the Swiss Café. The location of the hotel is great..close to everything. You can literally walk everywhere. The breakfast buffet has everything you can imagine and more. Definitely worth staying here when visiting Izmir."

"I loved this hotel. A super comfortable room, superb breakfast buffet and friendly staff. The location is perfect being close to the Smyrna ruins and the climb up to the castle. It's also by the bazaar and then on to Konak. Highly recommended. I'll definitely stay there again if I come back to Izmir"

The furnishings and bath were stylish, and bedding/linens are very comfortable. I appreciated that they are eco-sustainability conscious, w/reduction of plastic bottles etc in toiletry products.
