"Aqualand perfect. Hotel good. Food very bad."

"The all inclusive option is a huge plus with a good selection of nice bars and restaurants. We spent most of our time on the beach as the pools were too busy and noisy with very young children. Food and drink were all really good with the exception of breakfast in the main restaurant. We were a party of 3 adults and the volume and number of very young children made it an experience to be over and done with quickly. Our room (standard with sea view) was clean, comfortable and a good size. I wouldn't recommend this for an all adult stay. We were overwhelmed by the number of young children and the consequent volume. The beach area was better than the pool for this as were late dining tables in the a la carte restaurants. The meal at a local taverna included in the all inclusive was a huge disappointment and we would rather have eaten in another of the very good hotel restaurants. All in all a good holiday and great for families with young children but we wouldn't go back as adults only."

"The Divani Corfu Palace is than I was expecting. The facade looks a bit like an older motel but inside it’s quite grand. There is furniture everywhere- vast rooms full. Everyone is so nice. Shout out to Michael at the front desk in his Vermeer tie who was especially helpful and kind! I was very happily surprised! "

"We enjoyed a wonderful week at this hotel. Everyone we dealt with made our stay very enjoyable. Andreas & Andreas in reception managed to make it a special week & are a real asset to the hotel. What we particularly liked was: The very friendly welcome & recognition from Andreas who we had been in contact with prior to our arrival The welcome local drink Spacious bedroom with nice balcony Good air conditioning The staff throughout the hotel Hotel location & beach club access offering Extensive buffet breakfast Modern hotel that’s a good size, not too big & not too small Outdoor dining area Beautiful pool & pool area where sunbeds were always available (both in & out of the shade) Great pool food & drinks Expedia VIP member Prosecco, fruit plate & local drink gift in room for our arrival What could make it even better: Bathrooms are very tight in size ( a few bruised elbows!) Pool service could have been more proactive Music nights & Greek nights mentioned in welcome letter weren’t up & running which could have made for a better evening atmosphere Pool food finished at 3pm without warning. Welcome letter said it was available all day. Why not put up a sign at the bar or tell people when last food orders were? "

"This is an excellent hotel with ample parking, great facilities and a good breakfast. Pool and beach are excellent. Only thing to be mindful of is that there is little in the way of shops in the area and there is noise from the airport almost constantly. "
