I booked room with a balcony and the property attempted to downgrade me to one without a balcony supposedly presenting it as an upgrade because the room they wanted to put me in had a bathtub instead of a shower. Room was basic at best. Old tacky furniture. I checked out after the first night, and I just gave up the rest of the reservation. There are much better, and quite less expensive places in Nafplio. "

"It’s in a nice part of town close to restaurants. The garden is very nice. Staff also is very welcoming. The room has everything we need. It’s still a very old hotel and has a run down feel to it, especially the bathroom. "
