"We had a very comfortable stay. The only downside was that our room was on the second floor, and we didn’t realize there was no elevator. Carrying our suitcases up and down the stairs was quite difficult."

10/10 Excellent

A true gem, easily one of the most memorable and charming places I have ever stayed in. The staff were all so warm and hospitable. We had a toddler with us and everyone was so sweet and genuinely kind to us, a group of foreign visitors. Every part of the hotel was furnished with charm and personality, with care given to even the smallest details such as the daily floral arrangements and warm matcha and snacks upon our return. The rooms and onsen were all extremely clean and well maintained....
