"Staff was very courteous. Room was clean. Great ocean side view. Second stay to at West Plaza Hotel at Lebuu Street and will do it again. Got a car from West Car Rental and the had it ready for us, with the key pick up at the front desk. "

"Great for a solo stay or as a couple. Clean and comfortable rooms, and the staff were super helpful and very welcoming. Location is great in koror, walking distance to shops and restaurants, so a rental car is not needed unless you are going further out of town without a tour."

Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Ms. Belle Ruby Ann and Kate went beyond excellence when it came to customer service. Thank you for making my stay a very enjoyable and memorable experience Will most definitely come back to this hotel. The price too played such a great part in picking this hotel. The rooms and front desk area were super clean. Very grateful for that. There was a convience store that closes at midnight right next to the hotel. Airport transfer pickup service was excellent. Overall I give this hotel 5 stars and will most definitely come back to it."

"It's dated and modest. However, this is what we were looking for during our short stay. It's recommended for long periods of stay as well. Instant coffee and water is available in the lounge. The staff is very helpful. I'm friendly and accommodating. "

It was close to the main areas so very convenient. Breakfast included and also had a good selection. Nice that they provide drinking water and ice daily, towels and umbrellas too.
