Virkelig godt sted for børnefamilier med mange aktiviteter. Prisen var for høj i forhold til stedet.

Bellissima settimana con famiglia

Camera spaziosa con bellissima vista mare, letti confortevoli, cibo variegato e di ottima qualità, personale gentile e disponibile, davvero un ottimo complesso. Unica pecca spiaggia molto corta con pietre in acqua.

Leckeres Essen, miserables Getränkekonzept!

Toller Service! Tolles Zimmer für Gehbehinderte (Parterre) bekommen, welches in der Laufmitte zum Meer und Restaurant lag. Sehr fleißiges und aufmerksames Küchen/Personal! Nicht geeignet für Gehbehinderte Urlauber, kein Rollstuhl vor Ort. Kein AI Trinkwasser am Meer für Tabletteneinnahme, man mußte Leute anheuern, die einem das Wasser an der sehr weit entfernten Poolbar organisierten. Auch der Minimarkt war sehr weit weg. Sehr leckeres Essen, miserables AI Getränkekonzept welches dringend überdacht werden sollte! Kein Lunchpaket am Abreisetag, aber auch keinen Kaffee etc erhalten um 4Uhr.

Vacanza in famiglia con amici a Kos

L'accoglienza è stata ottima. Siamo arrivati la notte ed abbiamo trovato in camera una cena a base di cibi freddi. Il residence è sicuramente adatto alle famiglie e non mancano i divertimenti per i bambini. La location degli appartamenti che abbiamo avuto era strategica. Consiglio gli appartamenti da 11 a 52: sono sul lato mare, più distanti dalle piscine e dalla animazione serale. Il mare ha una battigia di sabbia a tratti scura di origine lavica larga 10 - 15 metri. Il mare è pulito, solo al mattino cristallino perché tutti i giorni si alza un lieve meltemi. Proprio il meltemi però rinfresca l'aria e rende gradevole il clima anche ad agosto. Certo paradise Beach a sud ovest dell'isola è più bella però le spiaggia sono affollate e l'aria troppo calda. Mastichari a 4 km merita una passeggiata serale, ma con i pulman (gli orari sono in reception) si può girare tutta l'isola. Consiglio anche di noleggiare un'auto.

Il villaggio e" ben posizionato vicino all'aeroporto.L'accoglienza alla hall ordinaria camere grandi il lavandino e' rimasto sempre otturatore nonostante avessi messo un biglietto per la pulizia e essere andata a chiedere un intervento di un idraulico.Noi abbiamo sfruttato poco la piscina ma l'acqua non e' stata mai pulitissima.Il mangiare buono per la colazione pranzo e cena ripetitivo quasi da mensa. L' hotel non e' sicuramente un 4 stelle non vale per il prezzo pagato.Ultima considerazione:Abbiamo chiesto pranzo da asporto e ci e' stato dato un tramezzino con prosciutto cotto e formaggio a testa e una mela!!!!

Helt ok för dess ändamål.

Övernattning för att dagen efter åka till Kalymnos. Rummet var ok för dess ändamål - billigt och ok men skulle jag bo på Kos en vecka eller längre skulle jag välja annat.

Pleasant but lacks Greek character

Nice hotel, friendly attentive staff. All inclusive & a bit isolated so no real Greek feel to surroundings. Clean enough beach & numerous pools within grounds. Make use of pool towels on request from reception & if late departure again use luggage store & shower rooms/changing & towels provided. Food was good & selection varied. All inclusive drinks limited but nice cocktails available to buy at bar, speak to Spiros. This is a big complex so do request porters for luggage/mobility they will come and get you in golf cart. Sports - lovely crazy golf for all ages 2.5 euros, kids zoo ( well maintained), tennis & football courts etc. Nice kids playground areas. Rooms seem to vary but ours modern. Fly screen protect on all doors / windows, balconies with table chairs. Modern bathroom & power / jet shower. Rooms cleaned daily & maids do very well. So pleasant stay but car hire was needed to get out & about & see Kos. The hotel nothing detrimental to say only location.

Self contained all inclusive as are surrounding hotel. End of season stay so quiet. Facilities & pools nice. Food choice good & staff helpful enough. Mix of English, poles, Russians & german. Imagine a very busy hotel in summer with activty programme. Rooms clean tidy & in good order. Nothing defermental other than location. And enjoy the cocktails made by Spiros

Villaggio scarso e deludente

Il villaggio è composto da diversi edifici ognuno costituito da 3 livelli e 4 camere per ogni livello per un totale di circa 400 camere. Nei bagni non sono presenti bidet (strano visto che la clientela è prettamente italiana/tedesca), in alcuni c'è la doccia, in altri la vasca da bagno. La camera ha 2 letti ed anche se abbiamo espressamente chiesto un letto matrimoniale al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato i soliti 2 letti accostati con lenzuola separate. La biancheria dei letti era clamorosamente corta rispetto al materasso con il risultato di trovarsi la mattina con tutte le lenzuola acciaffate e con il corpo a contatto con il materasso (questa situazione è cosi in tutte e tre le camere che abbiamo visto). E' presente il frigo bar ma è vuoto in tutte le camere. Sono presenti condizionatori in tutte le camere ma sono quasi tutti scarichi. Il resto del villaggio è composto da diverse piscine di libero accesso ( il punto forte di questo posto). Bar presenti sia in piscina che in hotel con bibite gratis. Animazione inesistente. Grandissimo punto negativo la costante presenza di zanzare all'interno della hall dell'albergo e nella stanza adiacente dove è presente il bar e diversi divanetti per il dopocena a tal punto che la permanenza in questi locali era impossibile. All'interno della hall inoltre non è presente nessun tipo di condizionamento e i faretti alogeni non aiutano. Più di 100 euro a notte (solo colazione) per un soggiorno sgradevole. Non lo consiglierei a nessuno.

OK, hvis det havde været præsenteret som et trestjernet resort. Fire stjerner holder ikke. Ingen mulighed for at lave kaffe/the på værelset. Ingen ekstra stikkontakter til at lade diverse enheder op. En dispenser med håndsæbe på badeværelset, så shampoo mv. skulle købes i minimarkedet (til turistpriser, naturligvis). All Inclusive bar betyder vand, øl, husets rød-og hvidvin, Ouzo og en Brandy af lav kvalitet. "Snacks" betyder smagløse ost/skinke sandwich og nogle fedtede, smuldrende tingester. Buffeten er ikke gearet til så mange gæster, så der herskede højlydt kaos til måltiderne. Selve maden bar præg af at være lavet på de billigst mulige ingredienser, til gengæld smagte den ikke af noget særligt. Man betaler for internet pr. enhed, og man betaler for liggestole på stranden. Hotellet er rigtigt populært hos børnefamilier, og børnene så ud til at have det storartet. Af samme grund var lydniveauet højt alle steder, især i restauranten, ved poolen og på stranden. Gå 300 m til højre ned af stranden, og tingene bliver roligere. Der var ikke nær nok solsenge ved poolen. Heldigvis havde jeg kun booket tre nætter, hvorefter turen gik til et lillebitte hyggeligt familiedrevet hotel med fremragende mad og service helt i top. Den mest positive ting ved Gaia Royal Hotel var rengøringspersonalets venlighed, gode humør og effektive service.

Personalen vid receptionen var mycket stressad och vid varje fråga måste dem kontakta general manager!. Maten var ok med mycket grön och färsk frukt. Det som var bra är egen strand vid havet. Det har varit bra resa för min familj och barnen trivdes bra.

Virkelig godt hotel

Havde 1 overnatning før turen gik videre til kalymnos. Ankom kl. 20.50. Blev spurgt om vi ville have aftensmad, da hotellet havde ventet på os og køkkenet lukkede kl 21.00. God service. Fik et værelse med 2 soveværelser. Kæmpestore rum. Ligger nær strand, men lidt langt væk fra alt andet. Taxa til lufthavn koster 20 euro.

Sov bara en natt

Vi stannade en natt då vi skulle vidare till Kalymnos dagen efter. Vi kom väldigt sent. Men helheltskänslan var mycket god. Frukosten var toppen och det var barnvänligt med pool och gräsmatta. Tummen upp!

Great place

We were trying to get a hotel near Mastahari to catch the ferry to Kalymnos. It was the cheapest one over by Mastahari that was available. When we got there, they upgraded us to a nicer room. We arrived late and were hungry and nothing was open. The staff stayed long enough to throw some really good food and wine together for us. Much appreciated. Didn't get to spend any time at the pools, but did go up by the bar/outdoor night club... it was fun. Definitely appreciated the service.

Typisk All Inclusive med tysker og russere

Rom: Standard litt slitte rom uten noe fancy inntrykk, 2 balkonger. Beliggenhet: Avvsides, med veldig lite rundt, hyggelig resturant litt bort på stranden. Nærme Lido Waterpark. Lang gå avstand til lokalbuss, vil anbefale Taxi. Blir litt isolert. Strand: Avhengig av hvor rommet ditt er så er det både lang og kort gå tur til strand, stranda er fin, anbefaler å gå bort til strandresturanten hvor stranden er finere og man kan også bestille mat, beachparty på fredager. Mat: Typisk All Inclusive mat, vi ble matlei etter 2 dager, og resten av dagene spiste på vi på resturant selv om vi hadde middag inkludert, det forteller det meste. Trådløst Nett: Veldig ustabilt og dårlig. Basseng: 3 basseng hvor de er like med mer dypde, mens et annet barebasseng med ca. 0,5 meters dybde, disse var bra. Kommer ikke til å bestille dette hotellet på nytt på grunn av maten og beliggenheten. PS: Mye mygg.
