The apartment is nice with sufficient space for the family. The challenge is the location which is rather off the grid from the town and a very winding road leading to the club. Location wise is quite a challenge. Staff hardly speak any English but they are very nice people.

Well maintained property.

It was a fantastic experience. The host and staffs were very helpful and friendly. Free parking and valet service made driving there a breeze. The room with private onsen was so beautiful and soaking in the bath with snow falling. The dinner and breakfast was such a generous spread and everything was served with very personal service.

Owner is very nice and recommended sightseeing places to us. He also contacted us in advance and warn us about the snow and recommend us to get snow tires. Wonderful breakfast. Only concern is the heater in the room wasn’t hot enough but cold is still beareable

Prompt and attentive service staff. You get free transfers to anywhere within the Prince establishments. Big and comfortable room, with a spacious and beautiful lobby. Of course the natural surrounding is pleasing to the eyes.

Great location, walkable to the JR station and Prince Shopping complex and Rooms are

Good price for a clean hotel that was near the train station and the outlet mall. Pretty good breakfast included. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
