"Dépendance is super hard to access to the spa they make you take your robe out the street and walk with it in the middle of winter instead of welcoming you in the spa with a temporary one. Very strange. Also staff is not friendly for the standing at the reception they are not nice. "

"The accomodations is in a quiet location, inviting for walks in nature, the colonnade and hot springs are a few km away. Close to the art gallery and the Linhart reserve. The room has comfortable, firm mattresses, you sleep very well, everything is clean."

"We chose this hotel since it was offered at a good price on Expedia and had mostly positive reviews. We arrived about ten minutes early from the check-in time and the person at the front desk immediately gave us the keys, which we appreciated. However, when we entered the room, it was completely not ready for guests: the bed linen was crumpled up and scattered across the floor, the room appeared extremely messy and very unclean. What was the most upsetting part was discovering visible urine stains on the mattresses and a strange bad smell coming from the sofa. This was truly disgusting. He did not apologize and simply told us we would have to wait for the room to be cleaned because they had no other rooms available. While we're sitting near our room, very disappointed and unsure what to do, we overhear the manager instructing the housekeeping staff to clean our room. The maids then began complaining loudly and swearing, blaming the manager for poor planning and the guests for not wanting to wait. This continued even after they reached our floor. After that we moved to other hotel. Sadly our reservation was non refundable. "

"Put us in a room with absolutely nothing but retaining wall rocks outside. Lots of noise from hallways when cleaning staff was working the rooms. We needed to get in touch with front desk or ANYONE for the entire morning on our checkout date - no one could be found and our numerous calls to posted numbers went unanswered. Our reservation said our stay included breakfast each day but there was none available. The wellness center was a nice surprise. We paid for a two hour visit and it was very relaxing. Not a bad place, just nothing great/special except for the spa area which costs more to reserve."
