Highly recomend for stay in Kota Bharu

Overall was satisfactory and comfortable. Room specious.. Frendly and fast check-in Location town center , with free parking and nearby to allmost all amenities, shops, restaurant etc within short walking distance. Highly recomend to stay. Disatisfaction - bathroom light very dim and rather dark.During booking was made Hotel,com mention Wifi service available on the premise, but it was the otherwise upon check-in

Erster Eindruck war ein strenger und nach Rauch riechender Geruch (obwohl die Unterkunft als Nichtraucherunterkunft gekennzeichnet war). Weiterhin war kein WLAN vorhanden und auf Nachfrage gab es keine Rückmeldung. Nach kurzer Zeit in der Unterkunft machten sich Kakerlaken aufmerksam. Nach ungefähr 30 Minuten haben wir wieder ausgecheckt. Definitiv nicht weiterzuempfehlen.

十多年前這裡是街市, 這幢建築物外表算是新, 內部就強差人意, 升降機太小, 房間很大, 淋浴間內沒有架放沐浴露等要放在地上, 開放式小廚房整潔, 床邊冷氣直接吹到上半身, 很難入睡

1. Air Conditioning emits foul smell n from d external apperance, d ac needs servicing. 2. Bed sheet has some stained spots. 3. The pillow cases, comforter does not have a clean softener smell. 4. The time of stay, the room caretaker had his day off. No housekeeping done. The waste bin was full.

The pillow ws hard.... studio apartment for 3 bed but pillow not enough same with towel too ... No complimentary drinks but still recommend to others due to its strategic location.. Nevertheless thank you for the hospitality.
