for those who have sensitive skin, u better not staying at this hotel, Itchy skin may be caused by obsolete mattresses..recommended on travelers..the rest is ok

Leaking water in the bathroom made the floor wet and slippery. They don't seem to vaccum. Dirt and hair on the floor. Stsff and owners pleasant.

Great deal!
It was really good considering how cheap the room was! The bathroom was clean and modern. The location was also good. I would have given 5 stars if not for the not so sightly view from our room window.

Nice hotel, cheap and convenient to go everywhere.
We make a reservation for a double bed room, but it arrange us to live in twin beds room, so we make the twin bed together by ourselves. Everything is good, especially the staff. However, it didn't offer toothbrushes and hair dryer, so someone want to live here have to prepare that.

Okay but some amenities need improvement
Stayed here for 3 nights. The pictures and positive feedback were considered. Also, the booking of this hotel was part of the AirAsia selected package so it was supposedly a good deal. The bathroom bidet is sub-standard, makes the floor always wet. Only 2 towels were provided even if extra towel was requested (it was indicated in the voucher that there were 3 pax occupying the room). The hotel only provides 2 small travel size bar soaps. Wifi is quite slow in our area and the TV has only limited channels mostly in Malay. The room will be only cleaned if it is requested.

Only for a short stay
The moment I step into the hotel I had to face a receptionist who was unfriendly and with a dull look on her face. She did not even greet or acknowledge us. Though the hotel is centrally located to many restaurants and tourist sites, please beware of foreigners loitering outside the hotel. The cleanliness of the room could be improved.

Strategic location
This hotel has a very strategic location. Opposite the hotel is night market. Downstair, mini market is everywhere, 7 eleven n etc. Maybank is also opposite the hotel. This hotel is highly recommended.

Stay in a renovated room with a clean bathroom.It would be better if add in extra furniture for luggage storage and extra lightning.The hotel location is quite strategic but hard to get a parking. Overall, it is worth on what we pay for.

Room was basic, no storage space or soap in bathroom but was clean enough and the staff were friendly and helpful. Fine for what we needed the hotel for. In a good location but our room didn't have the nicest view.

Very Basic
An okay place to stay. It's quite clean and and has a strategic location. There are convenience stores just next door. I would say a simple and basic (also cheap) place to stay. However, we were 2 travelling girls and I do not feel safe staying there. The place looked dodgy; the lobby was being renovated; the view out my window is someone's kitchen there was a large gap under the door in which I can peek to see the hall way and I think that the bed sheets/blanket was not cleaned properly. Ended up not staying in this hotel.
