Location was perfect for our stay. Information sent was perfect about obtaining the key and check in. Bathroom was smelly and toilet was leaking. Needed more bowls in the kitchen as well as a tea towel for wiping up.

The location is great, surrounded by many restaurants and food courts. And close to Gaya Street and Chinatown. However, the bathroom smells from sewage drain, also, there’s a leak under the floor board because after shower, water seeping out from other wall in the bathroom. Walls are dirty with dead bugs marking. Gnats are found on counter and floor in bathroom, it’s a mess! Also, it’s quite noisy with airplanes flying over in all hours.

the parking area is a bit scary and the elevator to the parking area is a nightmare because there’s only one lift and the wait could be long. self check in might be troublesome as the staff dont really give you complete information

This place has horrible maintenance, the air condition seems to be a waterfall after only turning them on for half an hour, there is no lock available for the glass door, just literally anyone that comes from the balcony from the other side could go into the apartment, while sleeping or while you are out, I get it will not be an issue if it’s higher up but this property is on the 4th floor, literally everything is broken, the sofa, tiles, switch panel, there is water marks and mold with yellow patch literally just right in front of the entrance door, just an fyi, if u booked the 3 bedroom with sea view just do yourself a favour and cancel them before you get further disappointment

Booked 2 bedrooms for 4 persons with sea view but given a city facing room instead. We arrived after 9pm then we had to go to their office in another building with our luggages to pick up the keys in a locker. Then we had to drag our golf bags across the road to the apartment. Hotels.com advised me to contact the property management at least 72 hours before arriving with the number given. I only managed to get hold of the person after several attempts. When I finally got an answer the person answering was not happy as he was having his dinner. I only managed to get a message in the morning of our stay with all the details of the check in procedure. The most annoying part was that I was told to deposit 200RM through bank transfer. I told him I have to Malaysian bank account. Then I was asked to put cash into the locker when we pick up the keys. I would never stay here again. Ever!

If you want a big room, S&S is a good start. For a fairly small amount of money, the room is spacious. The shopping mall downstairs is ok for lunch and dinner but even Starbucks doesn’t open until 10am. So no breakfast near. That’s all that’s good. Check in: unless you have internet connection, you’re stuffed. There’s no information on where to go, where to park or how to find the office. The deposit had to be in cash despite saying credit card on Hotels.com. The swimming pool was closed for maintenance. No explanation. The gym is residents only. The room was disgustingly unclean. Mould on doors. Ants all over the bed. Scuffed paintwork. Hairs in the shower head. I complained and was told they were fully booked so couldn’t clean properly?! I pointed out four other rooms available. They cleaned. A bit. More ants arrived. This time flying ones all over the bed. Even the curtains had disgusting brown stains and a rip in wallpaper had been hidden by a badly hung picture. Two person room, self catering. In the kitchen: one bowl. One glass. I complained. They removed the bowl all together. Put in a second glass. There are so many options in KK. I’d avoid this one.

일단 비추 사전 전화고 톡으로연락해야함 (전번저장하면 톡 뜸) 이마고몰 구역 e 1.총 각각2일사용 2.야간시간대 근무자는 시간을 잘지킴.사전에 톡으로 움직이는 시간을 말하면 잘옴 3.오전 체크인.체크아웃은 시간을 안지킴 .2시체크인 안된다하고 2시30붅부터ㅈ가능하다고 하고 30분-1시간 늦음. 4.200링킷 디파짓받음ㅡ받을이유 없을것같은데 왜받는지 5.먼지 만고 주방용품은 검은때 있고 싱크대서랍에 머리카락 .냉비는 탄흔적 그대로 검은때 붙어있음. 6.체크인 시간 늦게와 마시지 예약 캔슬함. 7.이런 상황 의 첨 이용함. 잠칸이라도 쉬는것도 비추. 정식호텔 이용 권함 갈은이마고몰 다른 사이트를 이용한곳은 c동이였는데 완전 강추 디파짓도없고 . 이사이트는 서민 일반콘도 라인따라 틀리다 꼭 참고

No access to gym, wall outside apt.dirty had to direct staff to clean, shower had some cracked tiles, dirty curtains, sliding door to balcony lock not working- secuity risk, no safe deposit box in suite, no card access to office level on floor 3 had to call & staff not responding to call or text, no cutlery minimal dishes/pots/pans, wall paper by bed missing-sort of covered by mounted picture, no english TV channels, poor soundproofing constantly hearing elevator ring/beep and suite on flight path of airport Great location, good price, helpful staff when able to speak with

좋은데 개선되어야 함

장점 : 공항과 가까우며 시내 곳곳을 걸어다닐 수 있는 곳. 쇼핑몰 위에 있어서 쇼핑하고 식당에 가는 것 식료품 사는 것 등 편리. 수영장이 있어서 가족들과 함께 하기에도 좋음. 차를 렌트할 경우 무료 주차 가능함 단점 : 체크인 할때도 30분 기다리게 하더니 체크아웃 할 때도 5분 기다리게 하고 매사에 많이 기다리게 만듬. 화장실과 작은방에서 시궁창 냄새가 나는데 환기를 할 수가 없음. 거실에서 베란다 창문을 열면 시궁창 냄새가 들어옴(밖에 바다로 흐르는 물이 많이 오염된 개울이 있음) 주방 기구가 아주 열악함(냄비 후라이팬 등이 오래된 것이고 성능이 시원치 않은 것만 있음. 형식적으로 갖추어 놓음) 청소를 매일해달라고 부탁했는데 3일만에 한번 해줌) 지인에게 부탁해서 이마고몰에 있는 똑같은 숙소에서 3일간 묵었는데 그곳은 단점이 하나도 없었음.

I liked the fact that it was an apartment. However, part of wanting an apartment was to cook some of our own meals etc.. there was no stove, very little kitchen supplies to cook food (almost none). Then the place was hardly cleaned, a five minute pop in the empty trash was about all. We had a couple air conditioners leak and break and was unclear if they were going to be fixed because communication was so poor. The bedding had stains on it from previous visitors, and was never changed. The kids pool was closed (and had been since October) with no sign of opening. I could go on and on.. we WAY overpaid for what was promised.

거실이 있어 가족단위로 가기 좋지만 호텔처럼 침구르ㄹ 갈아주지느ㄴ 않고 수건만 바꿔줘요. 기존 사용자들이 너무 더럽게 사용을해서 모든걸 제가 청소하고 사용했어요. 상가가 바로밑에있어 편리하지만 새벽2,3시까지 비행기 소리가 정말 크게 들려요. 좋지만 불편한 점도 많아 감수는 해야할 듯 합니다.

The Apartment is very spacious. Rooms abundantly large. There are some insects (flies, flea) in the room. Hygiene needs some improvement

ホテルではないので、レセプションもなく連絡を取るのに苦労する。予約してからメールは来るものの返信しても全く連絡なく、ラインも既読にならずで連絡が取れたのは前日。ちゃんとチェックインできるか不安なままレジデンスのロビーへ。担当の人はいたものの、部屋などの説明もなく宿泊税をとって帰る。チェックアウトも指定の時間に来なく、30分遅れて来るも鍵だけ引き取って何も言わずに帰る。ベッドメイクも特になしなので、長期滞在ならまだしも旅行を楽しむには普通にホテルを予約する方が良い。

Balcony view i like. Lift no operated & we using Bomba lift. Difficult to find entrance. Heat inside the building (lobby,lift, corridor)
