Very friendly and helpful staff.
Excellent chef at the restaurant who prepares exceptional dinner meals. Great pizzeria for lunch but exquisite dinner menu.
Rooms a typicallysmall but well appointed and functional and quiet.

The hotel was brand new, with lovely wooden floors and decor. Check in was easy and welcoming and location is close to shops, restaurants and Ueno station. The room is a large open space (we had three people in the flower room). There was also a portable cooking hob if you need to do simple cooking. We thought it was great value for the busy season we were in Tokyo. There wasn’t much to fault, only one minor things which may have made the stay even better- another option for pillow (although this may have been available, and I just didn’t ask).

フロントの方も親切、部屋も施設も綺麗でした。温泉も露天が景色含め気持ちよく、小学生の子供と3人の利用で十分なコスパな宿だと思います。また朝食券をつけましたが弁当以外にも売店の品すべてが対象になっていたのもよいポイントでした。
