9.6/10 Exceptional! (364 reviews)
Great location with ease of access to several Tokyo areas and walking distance to some; Tsujiki market is a 30 minute walk. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was big enough for a family of 4 ( 2 beds and bunk beds) Mattress was very hard but I enjoyed it and the separate shower, sink, toilet areas made mornings easy. There is also the convenience of the small in-room kitchen if you're planning to cook. Price was average for Tokyo but expensive when compared to other places.

9.6/10 Exceptional! (459 reviews)
Friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms, good amenities. The frying pan was a bit warped but all the other kitchen appliances were great to use! Location was close to transit/subways and the monorail. Unfortunately they started construction early on a Sunday morning so it was a bit loud. I would happily stay again!

8.2/10 Very good! (59 reviews)
"I had trouble sleeping with the extra firm pillows and mattress. Breakfast and staff were good. Close to the local train station, restaurants, and convenience stores,. Self serve washers and dryers were helpful since I had long stays."
