"I travel frequently for work and have stayed in countless hotels, but this was hands down the worst guest experience I’ve ever had. From the outset, the service was shockingly poor. Staff were consistently rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. "I took this hotel to meet with my two school friends from Muvattupuzha for a maximum of two hours evening time. Hotel was nearly empty. Had one of the worst experience in my life. Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent.. I checked in at 5pm and vacated at 7pm. Took another hotel Kabani , with much more facilities and wonderful staff and paid less money. I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time.
