"My wife and I just spend 4 lovely nights at this apartment in mid October 2025. Absolutely the perfect spot in Supetar, a short 5 minute walk to the promenade on the beach and from there less than 10 minutes to the old city, ferry terminal and all the great charms of the harbour. Our hosts, Natastia and Gordon couldn’t have been nicer, the balcony apartment was beautifully laid out and spotlessly clean. "Flat was spotless and conveniently located within 2 min walk to the old city. Communication was great too Only downside was lack of parking … we had to park in the paid parking space opposite the apartment which charges by hour (and it’s 24/7)!"

"Overall I had a pretty good stay. The room was very nice and the location is PERFECT for walking to downtown Split and the main hubs. I only had issues with the AC and shower in my room. For the AC, I wasn’t really allowed to adjust it much since apparently the central unit for half of the rooms on the floor was in my room, so I couldn’t adjust without it affecting other tenants. Which was kinda weird. And the water temperature in the shower was uncomfortably erratic. I would get decent warm water for literally a few seconds before it would go lukewarm or even ice cold. This happened every single day while I was there. Told the front desk about it on my third day and they still never fixed it. Overall, I wouldn’t discourage others from staying here. Just some things to potentially keep in mind. "
