This place was exactly what I was hoping for during my trip. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The staff were welcoming and helpful whenever I needed assistance. The whole property had a calm and relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. I especially appreciated how quiet it was at night. It made getting good sleep very easy. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Excellent hotel. Best for us was being able to WhatsApp the hotel with questions or requests and get an immediate response. Concierge desk was super helpful.

The staff were wonderful and super helpful. It’s in a perfect location . Walking distance to everything. However room 705 needs to fix the hot/cold handle for the shower . It was very difficult to turn to cold as the water was so hot. The shower also needs a shower caddy for guests to put personal toiletries . The shower floor is very slippery so you have to be extremely careful. The tower shelve is too high . Needs to lower by 2-3 inches

元軍人のおじさんの対応が、話せないながらも凄く良かった。Google翻訳でなんとかなった。孫も人懐こくて2人にまた会いに行きたい。vincom plazaからは徒歩15分位で少し外れているけどまた利用したい。
