"The room was ok , very small and hardly anywhere to put clothes so had to keep our clothes in our bags . NO WATER given daily despite being told not to use the tap water . This is totally unacceptable . The breakfast was amazing . The pool area very small and pool cloudy . The mini fridge cupboard would not close as the fridge to big . "We stayed 4 nights in the double room, sea view with private pool. Excellent location, above the best beach of the island, and magnificent view. The room is spacious but not very well designed: the shower needs a bigger protective glass, the patio door doubles as the entrance and the room interior is visible from the outside (and the passerbys) : you need to draw the curtains to have privacy but then the whole room is dark. Super attentive staff and lovely room, the hotel is a hop, skip and a jump away from the little harbour with a cluster of smart waterfront eateries. With a better beach and a lot less wind this would be a secret pearl of the Aegean - but that’s hardly the hotel’s fault! They were pretty flawless."

"We wish our schedule allowed for a longer stay. We had a wonderful experience from coffee on the terrace of our suite, the breakfast every morning, the pristine pool, the sauna and the beach across the street. 7-8 walk from shops, restaurants, cafes and a small market. We did a couple of days hikes from the property. 10 out of 10."

"Beautiful property. Only one issue: People smoking on their balcony/terrasse/ around the pool are really disgusting. You're quietly having a drink on the terrasse and then you recieve a big whip of smoke, you just wanna vomit. Sorry. In 2025, smoking should be totally banned on all hotel premises. This was the only negative point. Rest is wonderful. "

"Wow, whst a view. This place is beautiful. The staff are really helpful and accommodating. The only thing to bear in mind is that it's a very steep 15 minute walk to the tavernas and shops in Ioulida. It's honestly an effort to drag back up after dinner and i like walking. Be warned if you have fitness or mobility issues "

"The room was small and simple but as a one or two night stopover before catching the ferry it was perfect. Sophia was also fantastic. I could not speak more highly of her willingness to assist us. She was the perfect host. This port town also still has a family feel to it. Highly recommend."

Beautiful, quiet retreat

"We took a spur of the moment trip to Kea while visiting family in Athens, and we’re lucky enough to find this wonderful retreat. The manager Christos was very welcoming and accommodating, and let us check in early due to arriving on the island on the first morning ferry. The suite we booked was spotless and very convenient, and had all the amenities we needed including Nespresso machine abdvv bc supplies (a must for me), and a lovely bottle of wine which my husband and I enjoyed on the beautiful terrace overlooking the bay. The hotel is set above the main town/port area which makes it nice and quiet, but is an easy walk to restaurants/shod/port area. We would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone staying on the island!"
