"Hampton Inn dropped the ball at this location. I stay at Hampton Inn frequently and usually get a solid above average stay. Good staff, full buffet and standard room. Not so at this location. The rooms were absolutely bare minimum, not a pen or few pieces of paper in sight. I was with a group of four and one room didn’t even have a coffee maker. The breakfast buffet was pitiful, picked over and didn’t have regular coffee. Other locations have an employee making the rounds, filling urns and bowls and wiping off tables. The front desk staff told my brother to just go up in his room and make a cup of coffee when asked if they could bring out a regular urn of coffee! I will hesitate before booking at Hampton Inn. For $250.00 a night, it was not a value."

"The facility is just not nice enough to think they can change $350 just because there close to Baxter Arena. They advertise a pool table and when you get there the green on the table is completely worn and every single cue stick was crack and taped up except one and that one had no tip on it. That amenity is why we chose there and then it was unusable. Definitely the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. You could here everything above you. Even the vacuum being ran at 8 am on a Sat. Staff was great! Parking was great!;"
