Swimming pool in need of renovation Room not cleaned in 4 days No toilet paper Generally dirty and grubby The fridge we requested on arrival was delivered a day later, but they turned it of every day We were booked in for 15 nights but left after 4. "A slightly mixed bag. The staff is friendly, especially the front desk & the local tour organizers. Food is a little tasteless, but healthy. Location is great. Resort is clean. Most staff speak only Malayalam. Parking is off site. Very inconvenient. Intercom works in parts. the restaurant timings are very restricted. Imagine no dinner after 10 evening. Wow..
