Overall had a really good experience at this hotel. Staff was friendly, room/facilities were nice as well as clean. There wasn’t much within walking distance of the hotel, however it is just a short drive from Tiger Cave Temple and the airport.

Nice for one night's stay.
Just one night stay from airport to koh Lanta. Nothing around in the evening to do, no bar in hotel or near. Breakfast leaves a lot t to be desired!! Room was nice enough, although the adjoining door has been left unlocked, but worrying??

The hotel is only 15 minutes from the airport. The reception staff was very friendly. However, if your flight is early the free airport transfer does not apply and you have to pay 300 TB for a taxi. The service in the restaurant is poor. I had to wait 1 hour from ordering dinner to receiving my meal.

Newer hotel that is very close to the airport and the major shopping center of Krabi. Modern, industrial feel to the rooms. Front desk and restaurant staffs were very friendly and service oriented. We stayed in Thailand for 2 months and highly recommend the Krabi area. Some suggestions: Rent a car so you can easily visit Ao Nang and Nopparat Thara beaches, Rent a private longtail boat to Chicken/Poda/Thale Waek islands, spend a day at Railay beach with a 200 baht roundtrip ticket from Nopparat, Enjoy street food at the weekend market in Krabi Town, take the ferry to Ko Phi Phi for a day or two and so much more. Finally, we loved our stay on Koh Lanta at Klong Nin beach as it was a 2 hour drive from Krabi. I highly recommend Krabi over Phuket!

The hotel seems “new” however the hallways through the rooms are tiled and you can hear everything when people pass. You can also hear in the next door room. The towels were very old and the internet was incredibly slow.

It’s close proximity to the airport (7 mins) with its friendly staff, clean rooms and basic amenities allowed the hotel to earn good ratings on all fronts. What was also attractive about it was the less than $50 price a night when booked together with flights on Expedia. I would recommend this restaurant just left of the hotel when walking outside called IMMJUNG. There is delicious local food there (somtam, moo yam) for cheap prices surrounded by a beautiful pond and a very nice lady owner.

The only thing that I like from the hotel was my rom’s trees view. This hotel is perfect to stay just for a night if you want to be at the airport early morning because is very close to the airport.

The rooms are great. The staff is so kind. They offer free transportation to airport, tiger cave, and Krabi town (including no night market). I highly recommend.

Free shuttle service is very convenient to go to Krabi town, Tiger Cave & airport but make sure they record it down officially. We have one incident where they forget to pick us up as a result we have to walk back to hotel. Other than these, we have a wonderful stay at Nap Krabi.

Baddest stay ever. The staff is not at all friendly. The major problem was communication. None of the staff know English. They have no knowledge of the places near by. So if u planning a stay at this hotel, you should browse the nearby places before going. The pool is horribly dirty. No maintenance. My Daughter and Husband got infected and got skin allergies all over body. The food they serve in room is not fresh at all. They must work on the quality. And specially they should have atleast one person on the reception who can speak English.

This is a great hotel if you are in transit to/from the airport. Not too much to do in the immediate vicinity, however we just needed a place to stay before catching the ferry the next morning. Also, free transfer to the very was included. Very helpful!

The hotel is ideal for the airport, just 10 minutes away and free shuttle. The general areas of the hotel are very nice looking and clean. However, I was disappointed in the quality of the rooms they were very poor quality.

Was very pleased with the hotel, looked relatively new, had outdoor eating area with pool and exercise room, we also used the free airport shuttle. Included breakfast was buffet style with an egg station.

I scheduled airport pickup two days prior to my departure from Guangzhou, China, but no one showed up to pick up my family at the Krabi International Airport, Thailand, late in the evening. We were not familiar with the area and didn’t understand the language (Thai). We were a little concerned at the time until we got a taxi.

We booked a one night stay so we could get a ferry the next day. No one came to pick us up at the airport even after two emails so we paid for the cab. Hotel staff, while friendly, weren't quite able to understand what happened or why it bothered us. Walking to the room (1207) felt like we were in an institution and the room floor was cement with a shiney coat of something over it. There was one mirror and the bathroom was very dated. The shower water never got hot. The restaurant dinner service took forever, although again, the staff were pleasant. When we checked out, they tried to charge us for something from the mini bar, which we certainly didn't drink. Quite a disappointment overall.

Nice new modern hotel. Overall comfortable and pleasant. A few things however: The “free shuttle” to the airport (5 mins drive away) only runs every 3 hours. If you want to go and other time it’s 300 Baht (around €8). Considering it’s an ‘Airport Hotel’ I found this ridiculous Having booked and paid for a private taxi to the airport, I was later asked if I’d mind if other passengers joined me. I tried to explain why I found this unreasonable but the staff’s English wasn’t good enough to understand. The air-con whilst effective, has the outside part of the unit mounted on the balcony right by the window. So once it gets going the whole room vibrates even when on a low setting. The breakfast wasn’t up to much either and the staff didn’t understand what we’d ordered. That all said, it wasn’t terrible at all. It was clean enough and the bed was comfortable and it’s as close as you can get to the airport.

Very good hotel, 6 minutes drive to the airport. The hotel is very clean, room is big, and the breakfast was nice as well. The hotel provided a free shuttle to the city walking street and back, and to the airport as well. Perfect place to stay if you have a night to spend before your flight.

Nap Krabi
We stayed here before and after our trip to Phi Phi Don islands. Our first stay we were upgraded to a suite which was very nice. The staff was very helpful and courteous in both stays. The shuttle driver was excellent! The second stay we received one of their normal rooms. Looking in comparison to other hotels in the area Nap Krabi is one of the best hotels. Their free shuttle services to the airport, Tiger Temple, Krabi Market and Ao Nang are fantastic. The free breakfast could be improved, but how can we really complain about it being free. As for dinner their menus and drinks are reasonably price. Although I do warn those foreigners who normally don't eat spicy Thai food to not ask for additional spice (lol).

Perfect airport hotel
Ideally located close to Krabi airport with free shuttle. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable - only criticism would be the noise from the hallways can be quite loud and we had people on our floor going back and forth and talking loudly.

Too much noise - very little sleep
Booked a suite but only slept for 2 hours due to the noise from guests. The hotel has no sound proofing and the walls and floor are concrete with no carpets or sound dealing materials. Consequently all sounds echo around the corridors. As people are using this as an airport hotel guests come and go all through the night - worst sleep ever. Shame as this could easily be fixed and otherwise the hotel could be good

Good stay for airport
