Property is just outside Krabi. They have a free shuttle to the city center and from there you can take a tuktuk to Ao Nang beach. We stayed 1 night and then booked in Ao Nang.

The staff is super friendly, and they provide a free shuttle to Krabi Town. The hotel was very clean and spacious. It was the best place I stayed in Thailand by far.

The advertised gym had 2 broken machines and was outside. The koi pond was filthy. The place was loud until about 1130PM. Our aircon was half working when we srrived and took 1.5 days for them to fix it, it was clogged up with dust inside. They didn't want ro move us to another room in the meantime. We went ATV riding and so a small amount of dirt was on one of their towels. The receptionist was not sure whether she should charge us, so she charged us anyway- we left the place with 200bht less....

At first we want to explain like these. We think maybe you make a review to the wrong hotel, we investigated and didn't find the problems like your review. Because 1st we don't have a koi pond in our site. 2nd we didn't have ever air-con problems in any guests rooms that use 0.5 or 1.5 days to solved. If need more than 30 minutes, we change the room and repair it later. 3rd we didn't charge guests for dust stick on towels because they can wash and actually we have outdoor towels to guests for go outside.

Very helpful staff!
The staff were super helpful! They offered free pick up and drop off to the town centre. Location is very good as well also spotless clean. We are grateful for their help and very happy with the stay.

Property and room is very clean. The bed very comfortable. Hotel in a great location. Easy to walk to night market and the river. Very good and simple but I would stay again.

4/5 super lovely stay a bit out of town
Hotel staff were super lovely and very helpful - was a little far out of town but there was free transport to and from krabi town. Only real downside was the dogs next door barked....all night!

Awesome place
Everything about this place was just wonderful except for the location of the hotel. But if you rent a vehicle or a motor bike (which you will need here in Karabi to get around) then it is the perfect place to stay away from the normal tourist crowd. The hotel was very brand new and everything seemed like its untouched. The staff was very friendly and even during our check out, we asked to call a taxi, and instead they personally gave us a free ride to our next destination. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who visits Krabi. 5 star from me and nothing to complain about.

Very clean and modern. Lovely huge room with clean and modern en suite. Don’t expect extensive hotel facilities though, great as a place to sleep not for a venue experience.

Great hotel
Only stopped here for one night on the way to Koh Samui. Only 20 mins taxi ride from airport (Great taxi drivers, well priced, and easily arranged to be collected the next morning to be taken back to the airport). Hotel room looked brand new. Very spacious and clean. Nice balcony though no seats. Walking distance into Krabi town with nice restaurants and bars within minutes. Also nearby tesco and 7-eleven.

Hotel is very good
Nice hotel, new and very clean. A bit hard to get to from the airport as we had to get a bus to Krabi town then hard to find a taxi at 4 pm which was strange but managed to rent a scooter for 200 baht next to bus station and rode 5 minutes to the hotel. Very clean and new, bathroom was sparkling clean and had all the amenities. Staff was very helpful. Very recomendable and good price. Also free coffee and water

Hotel is on the main road, so easy to find. There is a bar nearby and they have live band rock music at night. It can be very loud with bass on the bar side of the hotel which really disturbs rest.

Hotel ist für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Ca.20min Fußweg zur KrabiTown. Safe nicht vorhanden. Warmwasser nicht wirklich zum Duschen vorhanden. Für 150THB ausreichend Frühstück pro Person erhältlich. Typisches Thailändisches Frühstück. Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. Betten sind leider etwas sehr hart.

Sehr schönes, modernes und sauberes Zimmer und super Roomservice. Das Personal war rundum sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Einige Restaurants in fußläufiger Nähe. Frühstück und ein Tisch für den Balkon wäre noch schön gewesen.

Alles sehr nett und schön. Helle, ruhige und geräumige Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Hotel liegt ca. 15 Min. Fußweg von der City entfernt, aber es gibt zu bestimmten Zeiten einen kostenlosen Hol- und Bringeservice. Direkt in der Nähe des Hotels gibt es Restaurants und einen Supermarkt. Ach ja....leckeres Frühstück gibt es noch.

Rent och fräscht. Bilderna överensstämmer med verkligheten. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Ligger en bit från stadskärnan men varannan timme från 11.30 till 21.30 går gratis transfer från hotellet. Tar ca 20 min att gå. Från stan (7-eleven) går minibuss till Ao Nang var 10:e minut, kostnad 50 baht. 25 min med taxi till flygplatsen, 400 baht/taxi.

Best value, first choice in Krabi
It is me favourite in Krabi, great value, helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast gives you a good choice (ABF and local dishes). Only 100 Bath booked in Hotel
