Its definitly not a hotel its actually an apartment rental , the room smelled of cigarette smoke and the mattress was uncomfortable and it was very noisy, its definitely overpriced a d there are better hotels closer by

The hotel room was great, plenty of room and all kitchen utensils. Good location and only minutes to the Christmas market and shopping center, Galleria. The hotel was hard to locate on the first night and the people at the front desk are worthless for any help .You are on your own once you get the keys,I had a local help me call to find the keys to the Apt. There is no one to help with any local info or tours you must go outside the building and start asking , The internet is the best way to get info , trying to directions from the staff at the desk is wasted time.

Excellent experience!
A great apartment-hotel in very good location in Krakow. Clean, spacious, modern and open rooms with a kitchen and living area. Very close to main train station and galleria and a very short walk to old town. If I visit Krakow again, I will definitely stay here!

Good location within 10 mins walk to main sqaire, apartment ok, bed comfortable, bathroom could be cleaner - only two small thin bath towels provided for a 4 night stay which is ludicrous. Apartment very very warm no air confitioning, although wasnt expecting it to be 31degress so not complaining as fan was provided, but worth mentioning if your like me and cant sleep in heat!!

We had a large one bed apartment with all kitchen equipment including washing machine. The only downside was the noise from the other apartments especially the person above us who started playing his music loud at 05:00! Great location for shopping mall, bus/train station and a short walk into Old Town. There is a mini supermarket & Neros on the doorstep and other restaurant close to hand.

Great apartments, tidy, well kept and modern. Brilliant location, only 10min walk to the main square. Great price and good communication with tenant regarding any problems or questions with anything. Instructions to check-in and out are very clear.

Great apartments in the centre of Krakow
Spacious, modern and comfortable apartments no more than a 5 minute walk away from Krakow Central Station. Very convenient for a city break, close to supermarkets, restaurants and the Old Town.

You can't go wrong
The rooms were excellent - plenty of space, spotless. Hadn't properly read there were no toiletries - totally my fault but just a reminder if anyone reads this. 15 minutes slow walk to main square. Felt totally safe the whole time. We got there quite late and the person on reception spoke very little English - however as soon as we showed him our booking he phoned the lady in charge who spoke perfect English and we were in our rooms in a couple of minutes - an excellent stay

Great location
Great location, close to railway station, public transport and easy walking distance to the Old Town and other attractions. The room was roomy, excellent linen and very clean. The only problem seemed to be with maintenance as it took 2 days to get the fallen down drape remounted onto the track but it fell again when touched. Would certainly recommend.

Krakow short break
Location was 2 mins from main station, 20 seconds from tram stop and 7-8 mins walk to center of old town. Well kept clean apartment. Easy instructions to check in. Good wifi . Everything we needed for a short break in Krakow. Would highly recommend .

Fab apartment close to the centre.
Lovely modern accommodation close to the centre of Krakow. Local shop and bakery nearby and student bar that having he most amazing pizzas. Shopping centre, bus and train station close by. A fantastic apartment for a stay in Krakow

Excellent! Don't miss out on a great location.
We had a wonderful stay. It was easy to make arrangements for the key. Underground parking is an additional 45 PLN which is very reasonable. The apartment was very modern, clean and comfortable. The unit we stayed in had a washing machine, stove, fridge and microwave. Lots of closet space. Access is secured with 24 hour security in the reception area.

Good stay in Krakow
We had a one bedroom and livingroom. The rooms were big and clean and the kitchen was good too. The sofabed in livingroom could have been more confortable. It was okay anyway. Hotel was not far from railwaystation and not either far from the Center.

Lack of air conditioning made sleeping difficult in the 40 degree heat, but even though very small, it was adequate for what we needed. Great location, clean a nice touch with a romance package for €25

Spacious, fantastic location and simply great!
Great apartment with fantastic location. We had a studio room for a night and there were clear instructions and communication to getting the key and wifi password. Room was comfortably spacious and next to the main train station. We could walk to the Old Town easily and area felt safe. A couple of downsides which are not a big deal but prevented a full marks review were the lack of concierge for us to leave baggage and the midnight noise level coming from the school next to our block. If you were in a different block or a non school day, I suppose noise level will not be an issue. We found lockers in the train station as well so we stuck our luggage there while we went on a day trip. Overall a good value apartment.

It was overall just good. Fast WiFi. Good location (it's very close to the shopping mall and not too far from the old town). There is a supermarket in the same building. Absolutely recommended!

快適でしたが、レセプションがなく、宿泊の前日に電話して、携帯メッセージで部屋の鍵の受け取り方法を教えてもらえます。英語が苦手な人は少しハードル高いかも。ツインベッドは狭すぎでしたが、場所が便利で、部屋もよかったです。フロントがない点にご注意

De ligging was perfect een paar minuten lopen en je was in de stad! Wat minder goed was is dat we met 3 personen ook maar 3 handoeken hadden voor 3 dagen ze kwamen niet schoonmaken en er was geen receptie om op de kamer te komen moesten we een soort escape room spelen.

Apartment ligger lige ved siden af Central stationen,så det er nemt at finde den.Selvom er det meget trafik omegn er apartment er godt lydisolerende.Man kan sagtens sove helt til middag,bliver man ikke forstørret af gades lam.Lejligheden er nyrenoveret,soveværelse er godt indrettet med gode senge med faste madrasser.Sengetøj var i en god kvalitet,som lovet i apartments beskrivelse.Jeg vil booke den igen.
