This is a lovely hotel to stay in, the hotel smells amazing and is so clean and really lovely. It is in a great location and walking distance to the old town and shops, restaurants. The bed is lovely and comfy and our room was cleaned every day and fresh towels. The staff are all friendly and polite and speak good English. We didn’t have breakfast as was up and out but it looked lovely. Highly recommend staying here for your visit.

The hotel was on the north side of the city about 12 min from the palace. Breakfast was outstanding. Staff were very accommodating. Parking was a bit of a challenge on street.

Hotel was very modern and clean . Staff were amazing and accommodated to anything we asked such as late checkouts and early check ins . We had a pleasant stay and if we visit krakow again we would definitely return to this hotel

Outstanding hotel, unbelievably clean, smelt amazing, staff were exceptional in helping us find a booking slot for Auschwitz visit. Location to the town centre is perfect with only a short 10 min walk if able and a 1 min walk to the tram line if not so able. Room was spacious and quiet and comfortable for two. Cannot recommend this hotel enough for a short trip to this amazing gothic old city.

Nice stay @The Crown

Overall a nice stay @The Crown, Krakow. Rooms are great, all practically new. Nice location with a short walk to Stare Miasto. Close to the tram as well. Downsides; the restaurant - definately! The staff was unexperienced, no available wine card, long waiting times for ordered dishes. Too pretentious compared to overall quality and price level, in our opinion. Fortunately, these downsides can be easily dealt with, and they didn't spoil our stay.

Wonderful place to stay!

The service in the hotel was wonderful. We arrived a bit early, and were allowed to deposit our bags until we could check in. The quality and cleanliness of the room was nothing short if outstanding - they really should have praise for the design choices. The breakfast was also exceedingly good, it was very easy to have far too much simply due to everything being delicious. The personnel at breakfast were very accommodating and nice. When checking out it all went very smoothly as well. I would strongly encourage anyone staying in Kraków to book this hotel.

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel walking distance from the old town. Clean well appointed room with comfy bed and good Air-conditioning. Kettle, and coffee machine. Mini bar if required. Definitely recommend breakfast it was amazing. Cooked to order eggs benedict or omlettes. Lots of fruit and continental selection. Coffees and teas made to order. Really friendly helpful staff. Will definitely stay again

The property itself was really nice. Rooms good and modern. Bed super comfy. Great options for pillows. Room was clean. Bathrooms were spacious. The breakfast was good. Lots of options. The main hotel was clean. The staff was 50/50. We had two people during the stay who were super friendly. One of the breakfast attendants and Nataila on the front desk. But the manager Sophya was not friendly and very dismissive. We did call for a couple things during our stay. They took a long time to come and once didn’t arrive at all. But otherwise it was a good stay and we would rate it 4/5.

Room was clean, comfortable and beautiful, staff was super attentive and breakfast was also very good. Hotel has a perfect location, very close to old town (for us like a slow pace 15 minutes straight walk from the hotel). The advantage of being located outside of the main touristic area is the quietness, you don't feel noise at night. I didn't feel unsafe walking to and from the hotel to the diff places. I recommend it for sure and will stay there next time I am in Krakow.
