The toilet is not clean and smells like urine. Very loud and no noise isolation. Also not sealed windows get cold at night because air comes through the window cracks.

Not acceptable
Very disappointing, located on busy, main road. The hotel is in need of refurbishment. The room very dark, broken furniture and not very pleasant smell. Could not stay there, left the hotel and paid for another room somewhere else. Will never consider booking or recommending to anyone.

Convenient location. Good restaurant.
Must admit the room was a little more worn and tired than in the photo. It needs sprucing up here and there. Few shortcomings were more than made up to us in great service. Reception, housekeeping and kitchen staff were all lovely, genuinely friendly and hard working people, always willing to help to make our short stay as good as possoble. Hotel is so close to the main Mine site (Kopalnia) and Salt Towers (Teznie) that you can see it from outside. Hotel has a restaurant and gives money off bill discount to Hotel quests. There was an Italian night with both Polish and Italian menu, dancing and no admission fees which was good fun and a way to wrap up the holodays in Poland

Meh - wasn't my choice and was deceived by Htl.com
Meh - so much was wrong about this reservation made at the last minute by the relocation team that is cost Hotels.com over $380.00 in refunds and credit. Our trip was to Krakow - and they put us 30 mins. outside the city. I can not fault the hotel for that - but this did not even match the level, ammenities and services our apartment that our original reservation was for. Smelly, old, worn down and no where near Krakow city center to male for a nice walking tour experince. Breakfast was included - but we skipped on day 2 when by 7:45, thry were out of a lot of the items - breakfast atarted at 7 and went to 10am.

Lovely ambience with excellent staff
Lovely quaint small hotel off the beaten path. Less than 500metres away from train station so you can easily access all attractions as well as the airport. Lovely traditional decor. Great breakfast buffet included in the price.

Al di sopra delle aspettative.
Albergo carino e strategicamente posizionato tra le entrate della miniera di sale. Personale gentile, camera molto accogliente, grande e spaziosa, ben arredata e riscaldata. L'annesso ristorante serve anche le pietanze e le bevande tipiche, ad un prezzo molto abbordabile.

Ungepflegtes Hotel
Ungepflegtes , nicht sauberes Zimmer und Bad. Betten sehr dürftig,( man kann es vielleicht mit Feldbett vergleichen) auch Bettwäsche z.B das Bettlacken reichte nicht die Matratze zu bedecken. Im Bad nicht ausreichend Licht und Abstellplatz für Kosmetik und Badsachen, z.B Nachthemd oder Bademantel. Wasser im Bad Lauwarm, auch nach nachfrage keine Besserung. Insgesamt sehr ungemütlicher Hotel, das Personal zeigt wenig Hilfsbereitschaft und Interesse an den Gast.

Ruhiges Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal
Wir waren vier Nächte in diesem Hotel und es war alles ganz gut. Man kann mit einem Bus innerhalb 45 Minuten in Krakauer Stadtzentrum sein. Abgesehen davon befindet sich das Hotel 100 Meter entfernt von der bekannten Salz Mine Wielitczka.

Sammantaget bra.
Personalen både på hotell- och restaurangdelen var väldigt dåliga på engelska. Det var den stora nackdelen.

Près de mines de sel a visiter. Hotel assez ancien avec du personnel très accueillant. Literie abimée (latte cassée et manquante dans le sommier) et chambre mal insonorisée. Restaurant correct malgré des fenêtres de type vasistas.

Nice and easy if your going to the salt mines
ROOM: Relatively small rooms with a sort of tiny bathroom. The "double bed" was as so many other places just twin beds put together. And annoyingly there was a gap filled with hard wood between the beds. On the bright side the mattresses were so thin I didn't really noticed the difference. Otherwise it was clean we did have everything we need in a hotelroom. HOTEL: Gave the same feeling as some b&b or inns in the USA. Dark corridors, heavy wood and furniture and sort of pompeus. The service was good, and the staff helpful. They had a restaurant downstairs which had very good pizza. They did not however served a good breakfast. It was plenty of options, but only (dry) light bread, and the milk I think tasted really suspicius. Suspicius enough for me to take one spoonfull of my corn-flakes and promptly put the dish aside. And several of the other stuff had it's faults. LOCATION: Situated right next door to the entrance to the closest parking-area to the salt mines. Since that was the purpose of us being there, the hotel absolutely served it purpose.

Mycket trevlig personal, mysigt hotell med bra läge, lagom nära till allt. Ytligt städat i rummet, jag bodde bara en natt så hade inte behov av att få dom att städa bättre men det hade dom säkert gjort för personalen var väldigt tillmötesgående. Frukosten var okej!

Good location if visiting the salt mine.
Nice hotel. It was very hot the day we were there, lack of air conditioning forced us to keep the windows wide open the whole night and smelling the sewer.

EXCELLENTES. L'hôtel est à 150 m à pied du site exceptionnel de la mine de sel de Wielicza.Un ventilateur dans la chambre ne serait pas un luxe -Août pour affronter les 28° nocturnes de la mi-août

Hotellet är bra. Rustik innemiljö och trevlig personal. Jag kom kl 2 på natten och blev väl omhändertagen. Ordinär men tillräcklig frukost. Det rummet jag hade var stort, fyra personer hade fått väl plats. Duschrummet dock något trångt.
