Great location but can be noisy at night if you’re facing the street. Staff is lovely and helpful. Rooms are very clean and well appointed.

Lovely hotel very periodic, all the rooms are cleaned on a daily basis, staff are all very professional and polite, my mini fridge didn’t work and the drain for the sink was blocked but this happens so not a major problem and I cleared it myself as I’m in the trade. All in all, a lovely hotel in a quiet area, wouldn’t hesitate in recommending a stay here.

This property was amazing. Absolutely charming and only a short walk to the square. Very safe. The staff was the best I have seen. I can only give 5 stars because more are not an option. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Wow. Best staff. Mateus, Oskar and Victoria treated us like dear friends helping us with every imaginable thing. Booking and arranging train schedules, luggage, dinner recommendations and reservations. Making us feel safe and cared for when we’d separate for different activities. Friendly greetings. We felt like we were returning home. We travel a lot. One young healthy and one old with mobility issues. This hotel is very close to everything - 3 minute Bolt/Uber walk at worst, 10 minute to large train station and giant mall. Very close but not on top of main square so it’s very peaceful without the young rowdy behavior right outside the door. William brought our baggage up and I hadn’t exchanged any money yet. I didn’t remember tip him and feel terrible. No one here has their hand out for tipping. Nice change from the States. Breakfast was well done with lots of variety, neat clean oft replaced/refilled. Rooms were spotless, beds comfortable. Nice pillows, 2 per person. Hotel provides a service for massage. They come to your room for about $60 US for an hour. Minifrig in room with lots of variety as cheap as a grocery store. $2 for a beer or soda. Nice touch. Best hotel I can remember staying at, I am home 24 hours and already miss it. Thank you.

Lovely stay at this quaint boutique hotel for a solo female traveler. Old world charm located right within Old Town Walls. Very clean room; excellent breakfast buffet and on site restaurant for evening dining. Very walkable to everything in Old Town. Front desk was always very helpful

Absolutely lovely property with a lot of charm and “old town” feel. Excellent location - walkable from train station and right inside city walls. In room coffee; lovely restaurant and breakfast. Very clean. Loved it and will return!

Would not hesitate to stay again.
First class service at a reasonable rate. 3 minutes to the square. Nice outdoor seating area and lounge. Breakfast 9/10. Balky wifi on 2nd floor. Hope it gets fixed. Very close to Uber drop/pick up location. Exceedingly quiet location.

In the middle of everything, but on a quiet street
What a beautiful hotel. The location was perfect in the midst of old town, but nowhere near the hustle bustle, which is only a block away the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I would stay here again, and recommend it to my friends. You should too.

This is a lovely hotel with an excellent location in Krakow's old town, very convenient to many attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good with a great variety of food such as eggs, bacon, sausages, smoked salmon, cheeses and cereals. Unless you are an extremely fussy eater then you will find something at this buffet which you will enjoy. It is served in the hotel's restaurant which has a nice atmosphere. The room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. The hotel is also well located near the train station, about a ten minute walk, so that is it very accessible to the airport (about a twenty minute train ride for the cost of seventeen zloty). The building is well maintained, attractive with an old world atmosphere. I definitely had a pleasant stay and would recommend it.

The room and bed were very comfortable. The staff was very caring and helpful. The hotel is in old Krakow so it is within easy walking distance to most of the local sites. We never ate in the restaurant but the pub was welcoming. We had a drink in the Lounge downstairs, which was full of books and old pictures.

I had a single room, which used the available space well and so didn't feel too small. The room faced the back yard and so was very quiet. I appreciated having the privacy shade, too; as well as herbal tea (in addition to water and "normal" tea and coffee) available in the room. Breakfast had a variety of tasty options.

Perfect Krakow Old Town - Florian's Gate hotel.
What an amazing gem situated perfectly for old town, museums and public transport. The hotel is superbly decorated without being stuffy. The staff was so very helpful and kind. Already planning another visit with this as our hotel.

Stunning hotel , excellent room very clean very friendly staff .BUT McDonald’s right outside and our room faced this , very rowdy until early hours . I would still highly recommend beautiful city beautiful hotel we will return
