Welcoming Hotel near Krakow Airport
The Hotel Zakliki would be good for a longer stay, not just for a night before a flight. The staff were very helpful because I had awkward arrival and departure times. Emails were answered immediately, which enabled me to plan accordingly. The room was very nicely appointed with water bottles. The large bathroom area was finished in wood, which made it pleasant on the feet during the night. One small thing was that the room was quite warm, but I probably incorrectly manipulated the air conditioning.

Fantastic hotel
Well we were only staying over night leaving early morning. The staff member a young man was fantastic he was so friendly and saw to all our needs. The hotel was 4 mins walk from rail station . Our room was clean with a very nice bathroom.. They had water and everything you needed to make tea or coffee. There is also a small kitchen which we did not use. But nice to know it was there. The village is 6 mins down the road. We would recommen this hotel . Its 30 mins to the city.

Good value for money
Great service at reception but our towels were not changed in the 3 nights we stayed. The breakfast on offer was catered for the locals only, it included cereal and pickled gherkin but no fruit.

English is not that good depending who you have to discuss to, but they all make efforts and they all help. A great and friendly team, good breakfast and the restaurant attached to the hotel is really good. a nice stay and I'll keep this on in my favorits

Un hôtel propre et verdure dans la fenêtre
Je suis arrivé un dimanche , et pas de service , j'ai du attendre un certain temps avant que par téléphone la responsable me confirme ma chambre. Ce lui que était 'a la réception ne parle que le polonais et pas autre langue ni anglais La chambre était propre vu dur un jardin mais simple. Le lendemain je pu communiquerai pour le petit déjeuné servi dans la chambre bon et abondant . Les jeunes employées du lundi comprenait l'anglas certainement en semaine doit etre plus facile pour les etrangers

Les chambres sont modernes et très confortables. Idéalement placé à côté d'une petite gare ou un train vous emmène au centre de Cracovie. Calme, malgré la proximité de l'aéroport (5 min en train).

Tarve hotellille läheltä Krakovan lentokenttää kun normaalisti käyttämäni joka on terminaalissa kiinni oli täysi. Tämä hotelli oli siis suht lähellä kenttää mutta mitään sanomaton jota en tule käyttämään ellei ole pakko.

Problemi di comunicazione
L'albergo è collocato in prossimità della stazione ferroviara del servizio per l'Aeroporto. Dista solamente due fermate da questo, quindi è estremamente comodo per chi deve programmare voli da o per Cracovia. La camera era confortevole, in rapporto al prezzo pagato si tratta di un plus, il bagno spazioso e comodo, locali nel loro insieme puliti e ben tenuti. A causa del volo in partenza molto presto non ho potuto usufruire della colazione, per cui non riesco a dare giudizi. L'unico neo nell'insieme è dato dal fatto che la persona incaricata di ricevere i clienti non parla inglese, sono arrivato in albergo verso le ore 16.00, quindi non era una ora estrema. Dovrebbe essere evidenziata la necessità di un presidio di accoglienza più adeguato dal punto di vista della comunicazione.
