There are a few things that a great hotel has. Decent blinds so you can sleep, a comfortable bed, fast WiFi and a nice lounge to sit it. This hotel has it all. Logistically, it’s just amazing.

The one major thing that was a problem for me was that the bed had a foam style mattress which got VERY hot during the night so I woke up every night sweating, even with the aircon down as far as it would go. There were some minor things other than this but overall the hotel is fine. Staff were always very friendly.

I had a very pleasant stay at Ibis Styles Krakow Centrum. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with modern interiors that created a fresh and welcoming atmosphere. I had requested a quiet room in advance and the staff made sure I received one, it was indeed very peaceful and comfortable. The team was consistently helpful, courteous and easy to reach whenever I needed assistance. I also appreciated the well-designed lounge area, which was perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. Overall, the experience exceeded expectations and offered excellent value for money.

Worth the price

Very nice hotel. It has what you'd expect for the price range. The room was modern, clean, comfortable and spacious, and the staff is accommodating and friendly. Breakfast is a good variety of foods including eggs, meats and cheeses, and various other Polish dishes I didn't recognize (but I tried them!). There is a restaurant and bar and plenty of tables both inside and out. It is like a comfy coffee shop inside. There is a tram stop right outside the hotel for easy access to the rest of the city. I would definitely stay here again.

Superb stay!

This was an amazing stay! The hotel is very well located: a 15-20 min. walk away from Kraków’s central train station. The staff is friendly and efficient. The facilities and rooms are beautifully decorated. And despite being located on a main avenue, with a tramway running along it, the hotel and rooms are super quiet and comfortable! Perfect for a great rest! English and Polish spoken.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ibis Styles and would recommend. Room was quiet, clean and staff were polite and friendly. We used the tram outside the hotel to get around, super easy and cheap. We had dinner on our last night due to flight times and food was good and restaurant/bar has a chilled out vibe.
