Please!!!!!!! Don’t stay in this place or any apartments they have. Don’t waste money and time. There are many places much better for a little more money. I had to leave the apartment that I rent from them because the pillows, sheets, sofa bed, everything had a very bad smell. I had to look for another place and spend more money, and they promise a refund that I’ve never got. Stay away for their properties Lorf hostel or any apartments that they offer. SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A few blocks from the city center, about 10-15 minutes on foot, in a calm residential neighborhood. There is a minimarket really close to the hostel. Room, shared bathroom, toilet and kitchen extremelly clean (as I´ve never seem in hotels with shared bathrooms before), renewed and pleasant. Linen and mattress confy. Good internet.

Done a lot of hostels in Krakow, this would be among the best! Good location and friendly bed, the extra pillow was there upon request , as was a towel after I had enquired about it ! I’d never had to rent a towel before at any accommodation in 55 years, I wasn’t starting now! Noisy only on one night, due to paper thin walls and party orientated residents! Don’t pick the room next to the kitchen, there are unconscionable swine 24/7 banging and crashing, black out blinds would have really been welcome, all in all 8/10

Quiet, clean, safe, convenient. Near Old City, transportation, pharmacies, tourist food and other shopping. I was only disappointed that “ground and a spacious room for one person floor” while technically true at the back of building, was realistically a semi-basement with my bedroom being under street level. There was a dehumidifier available just in case. The room lock was unreliable. Staff were immediately available by whatsapp. They suggested a different lock, which worked without fear of getting locked out.

Watch out for the actual reception location

Misleading information on reception and check-in procedures. Firstly, nobody is stationed at the reception counter although it is labelled to be opened from 10am to 2pm. The door is locked with just a misleading sticker at the door. Secondly, during the booking time, it was mentioned that further check-in instructions email will be sent on the day of check-in. But this was never sent. It took me hours of actively seeking ways to check-in to be finally able to get in with other tenants advices. Much worse than AirBNB experience. Later, I found out that this hostel has another site operating under the name Lorf Hostel&Coffee about 200m away. That is the only one with manned reception. If that is the case, the hostel should have clearly published and instructed customer to visit there instead. Throughout my whole stay, I noticed that the reception at my hostel site was practically unmanned. Other than the tedious and frustrating check-in experience, the place is quiet. The room is nice and the price is reasonable. Another misleading point is on towels. The hostel charges higher room rates than LorfHostel&Coffee, and listed towels as part of the room amenities. But it is still chargeable on-site.

With your proliferation of cameras, you failed to prevent a theft of my personal belongings, a bag and a plugged in battery charger and battery! The theft occurred with 15 mins of checking in, whilst I was getting food from a convenience store! I could not fit the small food purchased into thebursting, filthy , smelly fridge, it was disgusting! A simple notice stating ,’fridge cleared out every two days, would remedy that for you ! Having suffered the theft,I decided to stay on the settee in the common room! Later in the evening an arrogant dwarf challenged me, purporting to be a night manager! After reporting the theft and why I was sitting on the settee, he got REALLY upset when I asked him for his ID ? He sqeaked that he would call the Police if I did not instantly show him my booking ! I obliged, still not knowing who this Cretin was and that snow whitecwould probably be looking for him, he was not amused, again threatening police intervention! I pointed out to him if he was a night manager, he should turn his attention to the noisy crowd in the kitchen, happily ignoring the 10 pm curfew on noise ! He said a few words in polish, then the crowd happily re engaged in their noisy activities! Your midget sulked off into where he was based, giving me the evil eye👁 as he departed ! I left in the early hours for my flight, feeling instantly better after leaving your ill run den of thieves ! Be as proficient as your sister apartments,I stayed there recently! G.

Vi havde ingen kontakt med nogle som helst hele opholdet, vi fulgte bare den guide jeg modtog et par timer før, og kunne låse os selv ind. Opholdet var så fint, nemt og overskueligt. Tæt på centeum! Men man skal selv finde ud af tingene, der er ikke nogle at spørge.

Usually when check in says 2/3pm you can at least enter the building. I had to wait for almost an hour just until someone showed up, and luckily a pedestrian helped me enter the building because the Hostel wasnt buzzing me in. There werent a lot of rooms so it was kind of just a place to lay your head, it wasnt a fun atmosphere with a lot of travellors with a bar or anything, it was super cheap so I cant complain too much. The location was fine, there was a quick walk to the historic center and there was a yummy milk bar near by.

A quelque minute à pied du centre historique dans un quartier résidentiel. D’ailleurs, l’hostel est dans un immeuble résidentiel. Très tranquille et surtout, c’est l’hostel le plus propre que j’ai jamais vu! Les propriétaires font un excellent travail. Je recommande.
