Niestety ale dobra lokalizacja to nie wszystko
Z plusów: bliskość dworca, sklepów i centrum miasta Lista minusów będzie dłuższa: -brak recepcji, brak obsługi -brudna i zagrzybiała łazienka, nawet dozownik mydła się lepił od brudu -bardzo niewygodne łóżka -zamiast jednego łóżka, dwa małe złączone ze sobą. To jeszcze nie problem ale jedno było minimalnie wyższe od drugiego przez co praktycznie nie da sie spac w dwie osoby. Łóżka się rozsuwały i była duża przestrzeń między nimi. -poplamiony materac -telewizor niewiele większy od tableta -dostępne tylko kanały TVP -ściany tak cienkie, że słyszałam wszystko co sie działo za ścianą. W hotelu nie ma obsługi/ recepcji więc było głośno -cena porażająco wysoko jak za tak niski standard

Practical for basic needs
The stay at Maly was less than satisfactory, The positive points: very close to the Shopping and Old City districts of Krakow, the basic kitchen is a bonus,and the Aparthotel is all on 1 level with good parking, and some of the Staff Members were helpful to our requests. The negative points: the decor is worn and very tired and the cleanliness is not 100%, the floors could be wet washed a little more thoroughly and the kitchen cutlery needed to be washed before we used them, and the beds were very uncomfortable, the mattresses were very soft and the triple room we stayed in was very tight and not very roomy even for 2 people let alone 3 We would come back if the Hotel was updated to a more contemporary level.

I had a very spacious room. The staff were welcoming and helpful. There was a coffee machine and water in the hallway, and a good breakfast I paid for in advance at a hotel very close by. For a one night stay I have no complaints, and it was close to the station.

There was no air conditioning although fans are provided in rooms. No restuarant for breakfast instead brrakfast is served in cafe across from hotel. Whèn checking out we were advised that we owed money for a tour we had bookef - this was not the case as we had paid for trip in cash - guy behind reception was very nics about it but insisted there was no record of payment. We left our cases and on return to collect, we asked about the payment which he said had been 'found' - recorded undef another guest's name! Left a bit of a sour end to an otherwise enjoyable stay at a cosy little hotel.

Fantastic location for visiting all the major areas. Staff went out of their way to be helpful, giving us lots of information including tram and bus times and also relevant tram/bus numbers and stops. Nothing was to much trouble for them. The rooms are small, but very clean and comfortable, ideal for a 3-4 day break. We couldn’t have wished for a more ideal place to stay while sightseeing in Krakow. The hotel is single storey, which made it very quiet and peaceful. I recommend this hotel if you want a good clean friendly hotel to use as a base. No point in paying for a hotel with facilities we had no intention of using.

Rooms are smaller than expected, very little storage space for clothing. No Aircon which would be an issue in summer. Rooms not cleaned every day. On the plus side, shower was good, location to old town is excellent, Staff were very helpful.

Great location! Only complaint: the coffee at the “free” breakfast across the street is awful. Plus they only have one slow toaster- so annoying waiting while your eggs get cold. Bed was comfy, bath clean, plenty of hot water, nice snacks in lobby. Good price, I’m coming back 😊

Convenient hotel in Krakow
We needed a convenient hotel for an overnight stay whilst in transit. The Hotel is very close to the station/coach station, the town centre and the biggest shopping mall. We had a good room with kitchenette facilities. There was an excellent breakfast across the road. The hotel had good security. We found good restaurants nearby. I would use it again and for a longer stay.

Good location for the old town
The room was clean and tidy but the bed was crammed into a corner with no space at either side. Breakfast was at a hotel across the road. It was fairly good. We didn't use the kitchen but it looked adequate. This is basic accommodation suitable for a short stay. Location its main attraction.

Nice and easy
Staff were very friendly and always on hand, nice touches having water cooler and drinks available at reception, room was abit shabby chic - could do with a paint job had quite a few marks on the walls but was genuinely clean and perfectly comfortable for our city stay, great location to train station and city centre, would recommend

One step above a hostel .....
We stayed here on 11/19th & 20th (2017). We selected this location as it was extremely close to Krakow Glowny (Main Train Station). We knew from the pictures that the rooms were small and out of date. That is not our complaint. Our complaint was that we had no heat on the first night and when addressed with the front desk - nothing could be done. The people next to us (again, hostel clientele) were very loud and again, no help. The biggest complaint was that the radiators knocked all night despite no heat was coming out. Try sleeping next to the radiator (~ 18" away) with frequnet knocking. As in above, there was nothing that the staff could do. I have a video, which is not allowed on Hotels.com, for 63 seconds - 46 clicks that I could hear recorded on our phone. The gap between the radiator & bed is attached. I've learned my lesson and not to stay in cheap places. They cut corners in the wrong places. We stayed elsewhere on the second night.

We got a very small room without a kitchenette. However, the reception staff were very helpful and excellent. Breakfast was very basic, not too many choices for vegetarians.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and provided a useful guide and map of Krakow on arrival. The hotel was easy to find as it was very close to the modern main train station/shopping centre. Krakow is one of the prettiest cities I have ever visited with plenty of history. Sadly I was only there for the weekend so did not have enough time to visit some of the attractions but I would come back. The local people and staff in restaurants/shops were very polite and friendly and although you had to be patient with the length of time to be served or food to be delivered. The service you did receive and food was second to none and worth the wait. There are plenty of guided tours of the city with many ways to travel either by one of the many horse drawn carriages or on foot. I would recommend Krakow as either a short weekend break or a week, I was very impressed.

1- twin bed and they don't have double bed for couple so its for retirement people. 2- its one floor and no AC required so they use ventilation fan that's mean with noise all the night because it was so hot and if you open the windows insects will visit you. 3- cleanest should be the first requirements because the floor all our stay it was without cleaners. 4- breakfast outside the hotel and after 8:30 am no food

Good choice for a comfortable and affordable stay
This was our first stay in this hotel and we stayed for three nights. The location of this hotel is great; it is located within walking distance of both the train station and the historic town center. There is also a shopping mall within a few steps which is very convenient. The front desk staff is friendly and can assist you with bookings or other visitor information. This hotel is not a luxurious hotel but it is clean, in good condition, and comfortable. We would be happy to stay there again the next time we visit Krakow.

Very central hotel. Five minute walk from train station, if you arrive on plane just catch the train from there to Kraków glowny for 9pzl. Takes about 25 mins.the train station also has many shops and is like a Westfield at home in Australia so we managed to get our daily supply of nibbles from Carrefour supermarket. Easy ten minute walk from hotel to central market area, where daily food stalls are set up so a variety of delicious food to eat. Easy walk to sights everywhere. Staff spoke good English and were very helpful. Room consisted of two single beds which were quite small for us tall Aussies but they did the job as we would get in late and only for sleeping. There is a cold water machine in reception so could fill up water bottles regularly. Room also had jug and shampoo and lotion. Quiet room and hotel. Fre wifi worked well except you had to keep logging in constantly. We didn't have the breakfast there as lots of bakeries around and very cheap. One across the road sold good coffee and sweet and savoury.

Visited the Town Square, St. Mary's, Wawel Castle, and many other places. Walked the parks, took busses and trams, ate in very nice restaurants, and travelled to Auschwitz. The office staff in the hotel was very helpful.

Decent location
The hotel is a decent location to the station and main sq. The reception staff are unapproachable, unhelpful and ignorant, and it put us off asking recommendations for really good local cuisine. the rooms are really noisy and the bed is uncomfortable, it squeeked when you breathed in the same room.

The hotel reception staff were friendly and very helpful. Nothing was a problem for them. 24 hour service and always with a smile. Makes you want to go back time and time again. The location was 2 minutes walk from the old town square.

Amazing Weekend
