Our apartment was spacious, well equipped and well located in Krakow old town. Furnishings practical, rather than stylish. Good value for the price. Our apartment was a short walk from the office. We arrived around 02:00 and the hotel transfer taxi collected us from the hotel direct to the apartment. He gave us the key and welcome information. Very good service

Beds not very comfy one sheet for two mattresses sofa bed filthy kitchen was adequate and mold on bathroom ceiling. Lock on door was temperamental and no light going upstairs to the apartment. I would stay again on if I did not book the economy studio.

We like the location because its near the main market square and almost everything is walkable. We don’t like it because the bed is uncomfortable, squeaky floors, windows can be seen from outside, toilet essentials are not available. Didn’t advise about Auschwitz should be booked in advance. Even no suggestions on any tours to book in advance to avoid delays.

Great location. Right near the main market square. The reception booked me transfers to and from the airport and was very well organised. The driver even came up to my room on my return journey back to the airport to see if I wanted help with my luggage. The stairs were a killer as I was on the top floor with no lift. The reception is not at the apartments so got dropped off at the reception and was given a map to the apartments. Not a problem but was 28 degrees heat and had to walk trying to find the apartment with my luggage and then climb 3 flights of stairs. All in all a great experience and I would stay here again.

The apt. Is right in old town great location! You have to park your car in a different location than the apartment. The big down side for us was the 5 flight of steps. Great if you are young, but we aren’t. The people where very helpful with parking and taking the luggage to our room.

Great area however the flat was not pictured accurately and management did not respond timely nor satisfactorily. 1) Driver showed us to wrong room and guy answered in his underwear 2) We were left waiting in hallway for 15 minutes for new keys. 3) We were not given address of apt after checking in. We didn’t realize it was a different address than the confirmation And could not find the flat next day. 4) Homeless man somehow got into our locked hallway and was sleeping there when we returned from dinner. 5) Flat had missing chunks of wallpaper in both rooms, very scuffed floors, scuffed walls, and worn furniture. Not as depicted in photos. 6) We expected some compensation from management. No response 24 hours after stopping by and then just a simple half-veiled apology when I contacted two more times.

Great location situated on Grodska, castle, cathedral, rynek square, st Mary’s basilica all within 3-5 minutes walk. Collected keys from office on florianska, 5 mins from main train station, staff great. Highly recommend

We have stayed in Apartment 9 and then 7 at Stolarska. Apartment no 7 was far better than 9 because the bathroom was in much better condition and there were more amenities. Both were big and in the heart of Krakow, also on a quiet street. It’s definitely a find and I’d stay there again. The reception staff were very helpful and the place was easily accessible.

Great Location & Apartment

We stayed in the Royal Apartment. Location is excellent, and apartments are very big and clean. Removed a star as the beds are uncomfortable, wardrobe was damaged (missing handles) and no change of towels or bedding. However, only slight negatives, I would definitely stay again. Note - check in isn’t near the hotel, be prepared for a walk through old town with your cases

Room was specious, but was not to the standards as of the pictures. It was clean but quite outdated; old furniture, paint coming of the walls etc. good location, and not noisy even though it is very central.

Very good

The apartment located in the center of old town next to the American embassy. It has a nice view of the cathedral from the window. It is super close to the main square and the castle. The pleasant location. There is no air conditioning but they had a fan which helped. We could not have our windows open since there was two restaurants below the apartment who was loud and noisy until very late. Closed windows helped to keep noise down. Over all recommend!

We had a good family stay here

The apartment was great, big, and quite comfortable. Two bathrooms, laundry washer, a big dining room and a decent kitchen. A few things could be improved -- like one of the shower holders was broken and the beds were creaky, but we still had a great stay with plenty of space for the 5 of us. Interestingly, the first morning we got locked in within the building by someone locking the front gate to which we didn't have a key, but after we called the staff, they came right away and located the key within about 30 minutes :) they made a copy of that key for us for the next day... Overall, we had a good stay at a good price.

Everything was just so bad I had to leave right away because everything was infested with big bugs. I warn you do not go here or book this hotel because you will have trauma. It was smelly. It was dirty and very unsafe. WARNING

Convenient

The apartment was large and spacious so plenty of room, bathroom and kitchen OK but there are a few things that are starting to deteriorate. As my apparent was in an old building it had no lift, so I had to carry my luggage up over 90 stairs. My apartment was superbly located, less than a 5-minute walk to the main square and there are plenty of places to eat and a 24/7-hour convenience store 1 minute away. The price was good so overall no complaints.

Nice apartment but noisy outside

This company have a range of apartments available. I stayed in a nice second floor apartment on Stolarska Street, not far from the main square. The only drawback was that the street outside was very noisy, often until 2am or later. As it was very warm during my visit I had the windows open. For this reason I would not recommend this particular apartment if you want a good nights sleep.
