Great stay
Wonderful apartment, lots of space, all amenties present. Super close to the centre. Excellent value for money! Although the cleanliness could be a little improved, mainly kitchen and the cupboards. But overall i would definitely stay again!!

Charming small studios in the heart of Kraków city
Perfect little place, right in the centre. Has everything that you need. Cheap and cheerful! You get what you pay for. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Go somewhere else
Not worth it in any way. Receptionist was 3+ hours late, and none of the thing they advertize are true. Our room had a see-through curtain facing the hotel entrance, and a busy street, so every time you left the bathroom, you would get eyecontact with a new person. It is NOT soundproof, the streetnoise was loud and clear in our bed. No amenities, no towels, old outwashed linens, most furniture was broken. The closet containing the ironing board, hangers and the pillow menu, was so broken that we could not open the sliding door more than 4 cm. Not sure they know what princess means, but this is very far from a ‘princess apartment’.
See through curtains towards a busy street on ground level. This was taken infront of the bathroom entrance.
Closet so broken it couldn’t be opened more than this.

We never ended up staying in Princess apartments, something went wrong with our apartment so they moved us to Queens apartments and they covered the taxes which was nice of them. The pictures were however deceiving and apartments are a lot smaller than we expected but clean and comfortable.

Opposite Central Station Krakow
The apartments are hostel apartments not hotel, therefore very basic. The reception staff tried her best to help with issues. Location wise directly opposite the main train station Krakow.

i would'nt know as they gave our apartment to someone else as our flight was delayed and they put us across town in an horrific apartment it was so dark we had to have the lights on during the day the quilt was stained with urine and blood there was no fire alarm no smoke alarm and no shower curtain the entrance was so dark we had to cross a courtyard and go up stairs in the dark it was difficult for me as i am partially sighted i am 65 and my husband is 71 these were no conditions anyone should have to stay in we tried to complain but no one would listen i even phoned expedia they told me it was too late to complain as it took me two days to find their number i have photos and videos of this and i will find other ways to complain if expedia don't listen

The property was very well located to old town and a fraction of the price of most other places. It's an apartment, not a hotel and so one is not bothered by staff in the room every day; it's across from the train station which worked for me because it also saves the need for a taxi. It's only 9 zloty from the airport by train and the hotel is across the street; a good budget pick

Great location. Let down by cleanliness and detail
Price and location are absolutely super.. the room was huge, fridge,kettle- the usual. However it's the small things that matter. It wasn't the cleanest, e.g. got extra sofa bed and when you lay in it you could see under the steps of stairs and full of dirty old cobwebs etc. Moved a side table and there were biscuits under it. Not good enough. No curtains so you won't sleep if you don't like light at 4.30am. Noisy area and windows not the best, again problem sleeping. For the price ok but still expect more, could be so good with bit of effort. That said it's across from bus station and 5 minutes walk to centre. Stayed 3 nights so super for exploring. But seriously,Blinds, better cleaning, better windows and it could be super. All in all ok but would not return for reasons stated

You get what you pay for with this property - the building is very old and dilapidated with very basic amenities. It is clean and there was towels and toilet rolls and the reception ladies were very nice and helpful. We unfortunately had to abandon after one night as the heat was unbearable and we couldn’t open the windows due to the mosquitos flying in! Would be fine in autumn/winter for a centrally located basic place to stay

My main issue with this property was the poor customer service. As with most other hotels/apartments in Krakow, you have to pr4ss a buzzer to enter the property (i dont have a problem with this). However, no-one respondedto me buzzing to be let in for check in, or answered the phone when i tried calling, so i had to wait until someone left the property. The lady who checked me in also seemed more concerned with finishing her Skype call than checking me in. Fortunately once you're checked in, you get a key to the front door so you son't need to buzz in again.

Very clean property. You get what you pay for as it is a little basic but it was very cheap! Very good location as right next to massive shopping centre, the bus/train station and a short walk to the town centre. Needed a bit of work as shower was slow to train but room was nice and toasty when coming back.

Can not recommend.
Although the room was passable,only just. The outside and approach to the rooms was a mess, this could have been cleaned to look presentable with effort, paint and cleaning. We checked out other appartments close by and they were well presented, modern and looked after. So we were very dissapointed with Princess Appartments and wish we had booked another better place.

Think I just got a bag room
Ended up with a ground floor room that opened onto a busy, noisy street. People 5ft outside my window smoking, drinking, and talking loudly all night. Princess Apartments also charges a lot for left luggage, 20 zloty, when you can walk across the street and use the train station's lockers or left luggage counter for 4-6 zloty. It seems rather opportunistic and unfriendly.

very central location
central location close to square, cafe's and restaurants and bars and just over the road from a lovely shopping mall with eating places, trains and buses. The entrance is a bit confusing, there are two entrances, apartment good but not serviced after entry, so have a spare toilet roll! I think if you asked you would get though, the girls at reception were helpful and nice.

Pleasantly surprised with a fully stocked kitchenette in oir room. Doshes, kettle, microeave, kettle, etc. Two Towels and soap provided. Excellent location right across from a big mall thats also the hub for local train and bus station. Fantastically convenient. It shows its age but for the price and location, we'll be back.

Perfect Location
After reading the reviews, i had mixed feelings about stating here. For the price we paid we got a comfy bed, room and bathroom. The only down points were that the WiFi was very weak, used mobile data instead, there was no curtains so day light came shinning through. It was ideal for what we needed, so close the the centre yet far enough away that it was quiet.

Affordable stay 3 min walk from the center
Great location, friendly staff, and the room was clean. WiFi was weak and sporadic, paint pealing off the walls, shower had strange water pressure but it was $25 per night so you get what you pay for. Also the reception desk is not open 24 hours, open from 1000-2300. Call ahead if you are going to be late and they will stay for you, that’s what we did. It was great for 3 nights, wouldn’t want to stay more then that.

Recently visited the apartments and I think one of the biggest slogans myself and my partner had for each other was 'you get what you pay for!' some of the things were a bit naff... However you absolutely do get what you pay for. Although I would actually stay again given the comfort that you get as well as the location to the old town, train & bus station and to the mall. Was everything that we needed from s short stay and was always really warm when it was freezing!

No staff there when we arrived we tried to contact hotel but no one answered the telephone, we waited for 3 hours in the freezing cold then contacted yourselves who tried to contact hotel staff but got no answer so we were moved to another hotel.

One advice: avoid to stay there
There was not safe, there was no light in the staircase, during the evening it was totally dark. In our appartment, beleive it or not, there was no table and no chairs. There was no glasses, no towels. The palce was so bad that we just slept on night on 12, we had to move to another place. We lost all our money. I don"t recommend that place.

Arrived to broken glass everywhere at the entrance to some dark alley. When we got to reception there was no one there. Tried calling several times, as the light was on. Had to book into a hotel around the corner.
