"The property is lovely. There is a charming shaded courtyard outside where you can relax or read. This is where breakfast is served each morning. The breakfast is wonderful. This is close to town, but away from the shops. You can here the donkeys walking up the street regularly. However, it is the charming staff that makes this property special. They are kind and hospitable. They go out of there way to insure your stay is lovely."

"We came here directly from Athens Airport to recuperate from the day long trip from home. What a great, quiet way to be introduced to Greece!!! Located on the level of the port so no trouble dragging bags here. Everything beyond this point is up hill! Perfect, expansive views of the village and sea from the room and hotel roof. Welcoming and helpful hosts."

"The hotel was too expensive for location. They called the day before to arrange luggage transfer by donkey costing us 20E. We were told there were 100 steps up to hotel. The donkey carried our luggage which was best 20E spent. We walked or it would be 40E…but any time during visit that you wanted to go to room, you climbed 100 steps and that did not count the walkways that had steps but were 3’ apart so a bit more gradual but still uphill. Our room and bathroom were nice and breakfast made to order was delicious but hotel should not have been this expensive for inconvenience of location."
