"This was a great hotel for the price and location. It was roomy, extremely clean and the kitchenette was all we needed. It had a microwave, kettle and toaster. A selection of glasses, crockery and cutlery. It had a laundry which was a little tricky to navigate. Once you knew you had to get tokens from the vending machine it was manageable. "If you book last less than 48 hours notice The virtual checkin is a pain especially when on expedia they have a poland phone number that when rang is in polish and then hangs up Went to address and had to get someone coming out to open external door to get at the board to ring swiss phone number Would be better to have virtual check in straight awaywhen you book Plus board on external door not hidden behind stair railing Otherwise hotel isgood"

"Should be renamed Brera Un-Serviced Apartments as during our stay it was completely un staffed. There was not a soul around to help with the nightmare check-in or anything else. Online chat said no-one was around due to illness. But this was a poor excuse for abandoning guests .. particularly as check in was unnecessarily difficult. A good company would have had replacement staff and put notices up saying the office was shut. Not good enough "

"Wir sind mit 2 Erwachsenen und 5 Teenager angereist. Das Haus bestand aus mehreren Ferienwohnungen. Auf der Internetseite für eine Wohnung waren viele Bilder von allen Ferienwohnungen des Hauses eingestellt. Es war nicht ersichtlich wieviel Zimmer eine Ferienwohnung hatte. Wir vermuteten, dass einzelne Zimmer flexibel dazugenommen werden. Dies war leider ein Irrtum. Es waren nur 2 Zimmer plus eine Ausziehcauch für 2 Personen im Wohnzimmer, durch das jeder der zum Badezimmer/Toilette wollte...

"Das Appartment war sehr hübsch eingerichtet, für eine Fewo hat aber einiges gefehlt, es gab keinen Besen,Handfeger, Schaufel, geschweige denn einen Staubsauger. So etwas müsste man in einer Fewo immer mitbringen....An Küchenutensilien war auch nur das wirklich notwendigste vorhanden; das Frühstück war ausreichend, und wenn man nur 2 oder 3 Tage da war, auch abwechslungsreich, aber bei 6 Tagen wurde es schon langweilig. ich habe Quark, Frischkäse, evtl. mal etwas Lachs oder ähnliches, vermisst."

"Ich war für eine Geschäftsreise einen Tag im Hotel und war rundum zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ordentlich, das Frühstück bot eine tolle und vielfältige Auswahl – mit aufmerksamem, freundlichem Personal. Auch der Service insgesamt war großartig. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, Restaurants sowie Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs und zum Shoppen sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Eine Gardine oder ein Rollladen am großen Fenster wäre nachts hilfreich, um den Raum besser abdunkeln zu können. Ich komme bei meiner nächsten Geschäftsreise gerne wieder! "

"Beautifully modern apartment (suite style dorm really) converted older building in the old section of St. Gallen. VERY STEEP hill to climb to reach building, and note that cars are not allowed in this area, so you need to lug your luggage up and down. I would have appreciated directions to the parking garage instead of the address of the building because my GPS tried to tell me I could drive my car up this hill (There's no way, and then you need to enter a restricted zone to turn around, so I am awaiting a ticket by mail) Outside of that, this is a fully self service building, no reception, no check in, etc. You are given a code to open a lockbox that has your key. Rooms were beautiful and clean and spacious, with a shared living area, kitchen and bathroom for the 4 separate bedrooms on the floor. It worked well for us, we were traveling with another couple and no one else was occupying the other two rooms."
