"Lett å finne frem til leilighet. Fint område med butikk rett ved siden av. Mangelfullt renhold før vi kom, haug med brukt sengetøy lå på det ene rommet og brukte håndkler i dusjen. Lå også gjenglemte sokker under bordet i stuen og var smulete i sofa. Klagde ikke til solferier mens vi var på stedet da vi bare skulle overnatte i to dager, men ville gjort det om vi skulle vært der lenger. Inget annet å klage på enn renhold. Lett å få hentet og levert nøkkel via nøkkelboks. "

"Dette er ikke noe hotell, men et hus som blir leid ut. Beliggenheten er meget sentral i forhold til Kristiansand dyrepark, Sørlandets Travpark, bademuligheter ved Hamresanden feriesenter og kristiansand sentrum. Stedet ligger også sentralt i forhold til besøk flere andre steder på Sølrlandet. Huset egner seg fint for seks personer, hvor det er tre soverom med dobbeltsenger. Vi var en familie på to personer og en familie med fire personer, derav to voksne og to små barn, og vi hadde det utmerket....

"This is my second time staying at this hotel. The convenience to Dyreparken cannot be beat! We had all of our breakfasts and dinners at the hotel and were not disappointed. The table agreed that that their coffee machine is great! We even had a emergency happen while at the hotel with our two year old getting injured while at the hotel (not the hotel's fault, just an accident) and the hotel staff was amazing! Many people on staff jumped in to help along the way, and two of them even offered to drive me and my son to the emergency room since my husband was away from the hotel at the time. When we got back to the hotel after my son getting a few stitches the dinner staff checked in on us again and made sure everything was okay. I cannot say enough nice things about the staff! Regarding the rooms, they have everything you need. The bunkbed rooms are more fun because they are more themed, but we had no issues with cleanliness, or anything like that. Would definitely recommend staying here, and will be back again again some time in the future. "

"The hotel is perfectly located for exploring Kristiansand. The staff were professional and friendly throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless & comfortable. I loved the decor and the hotel had a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast buffet, whilst being a little chaotic, was delicious. It was lovely being able to sit outside and enjoy the views across the square. The Sushi restaurant, attached to the restaurant was delicious. Would definitely stay again."
