Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I was very impressed with the broadband quality (although it could do with not being completely open for security reasons), and the vast array of breakfast choices was very welcoming each morning.

Hotel located close to railway and bus stations.
A great welcome on checkin for our one week stay. Excellent variety at breakfast including fresh warm breads. breakfast on from 06:30 . Free wifi always available. Hotel staff knowledgeable about public transport.

We Had to watt quite long for check in. The bathroom wasn't really clean but the breakfast was very good plenty of food from sweet to meat to fish.

Sweden Rocks
We stayed at the Grand Hotel for 4 nights while attending the Sweden Rock Festival. The room was clean and adequate and the staff on the reception desk were very friendly and helped us out with taxis and trains. Breakfast was great with plenty of cold meats, scrambled eggs, bacon, peppers, tomatoes and cereal. I'd definitely use this hotel again.

near city center and its accompanying attractions
Excellent! Staff are extremely courteous and attentive, breakfasts are superb, rooms are clean and well-maintained. Hotel is near train station, multiple restaurants, and biosphere preserve. Have only good memories to take away!!!

Very disappointed in the service provided by the hotel. I paid for a premium room, but when I checked in, it was not available for a portion of my stay, although I paid the premium rate every night.

Saknade en taklampa på mitt rum, blev väldigt mörkt trots att jag drog isär gardinerna för att få in lite dagsljus. Något kallt på rummet, men jag hade ett extra täcke så det löste sig galant :) Ett av borden vid frukosten var väldigt vingliga, höll nästan på att spilla ut all min dryck.. Annars jättenöjd med att få bo hos er!

Rummet var KALLT när vi anlände på kvällen. Elementet var ett skämt i ett så stort rum. Vid tillsägelse fick vi direkt ett extra element. I övrigt allt till belåtenhet.
