"The hotel is brand new and the rooms are refreshed with all the amenities needed to enjoy Goa. In a great location and very much enjoyed the professional and very excellent staff. Loved the warm welcome and amazing customer service, care and help from Michele, Prashant and Pranish. A beautiful place with a team that makes every experience positive! Will be back again. "Loved the peace and quiet. This was our 2nd time here. The staff is very polite and accommodating. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely visit again.
A couple of suggestions would be that the resort advertises 3 restaurants. These are more like 3 venues with the same menu.
It would make sense and provide more choice if there was variety of food options between the 3 restaurants.
The other suggestion would be to provide perhaps a twice daily shuttle to Ribander....
"Beds were not made and has lot of stains on them. Have taken pictures. Don’t think they are washed. Just covered them with comforter. Beautiful building and big nice rooms. Just sat in the chair whole night."
"Booked reservation with breakfast buffet included. However, had to pay extra for the breakfast at the property. The staff did not validate my Expedia reservation that included breakfast buffet. Nothing comes complimentary with this property, charged more than half of per nights rate to check in early even though they had rooms available/ ready to check in.
The air conditioning is centrally regulated it seems as cutting off in the middle of the night and cannot be turned on using the remote."
"Hotel is pretty good, not too far from Mapusa Market. Very polite staff. The restaurant serves delicious food and we enjoyed the south indian breakfast. If you are not used to south Indian breakfast, you have an option of different style of eggs, cereal and fruits. The only drawback is the wifi system. We could not get wifi in our rooms. Telephone is not provided in the rooms. If for some reason your cell phone has a problem, you have to go thru Reception to make a call. Boshan Hotel...
"Very comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. And good, tasty and fast room service. The roof top bar and pool were amazing! The hotel has a beautiful view of the surrounding area.
There isn’t much to do near by. Everything is almost a half hour drive by car. "
