"This was such a wonderful hotel. We stayed here for two nights and then back on our last night before flying home. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. They had such a great personality and made us feel so safe and welcomed. The breakfast was lovely and everything was so clean and organized. AC was great and needed in this weather! I cannot express the ideal location this hotel is. They are a stone's throw away from Old Sarajevo where all fun restaurants and bars are as well as shopping. It is also walking distance from the cable car ride and Yellow fortress. The staff got up with us at 3:40am to drive us to the airport while still teaching us facts about the city. STAY HERE!"

"The balcony doors ware out of the frame couldnโ€™t close :( this is not okay I had valuable items with me and anyone with video of crossing over the balcony was able to cross over and try to get in. Sorry but Not okay. 2nd the shower floor was full of water after showering it couldnโ€™t drain the slope was leading away from the drain . 2-3โ€ of water was collecting there at all time and could go away."
