"Most staff was curt. 1 man was friendly. The hotel had no A.C it ceiling. The room was stuffy. The bed was not comfortable at all."

"Located in the business district, it's a 10 minute walk to the metro and a further 8 minutes from the city centre. Large clean apartment with a comfy bed and a good shower. Cooking facilities are basic but usable for a short stay (no washing up liquid or cleaning equipment). The room gets very warm and the only air conditioning option is to leave the balcony door open. Our room overlooked a builders yard who started work at 6am and thus negated the need for the alarm clock. It's not too noisy but noticeable first thing. Would we stay here again... Yes."

"This place was absolutely nasty. We arrived at 2pm and they checked us in and even gave us a key but did not assign us a room number because we were "too early". The downstairs lobby was very dirty and the front desk guy was not friendly at all. We came back a few hours later only to find hundreds of people getting off buses to check in. I was given a room on the 13th floor but the line for the elevator was huge, about 300 people were waiting to go up to their rooms. This also IS NOT a hotel but rather a hostel, probably for people on a very tight budget with zero expectations. The place was so horrible that I ended up returning my key and foregoing the whole stay to go to a different hotel. Now I'm in a fight with them so I can get a refund since I couldn't even go up to the room because of the elevator lines. The location isn't great either as it is very far from the city center. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!"

"Hotel was clean, great shower , breakfast was good...v close to metro into centre of Prague. would i stay again, yes...only qualm was whilst it was 4 star , it felt more of a 3 and the fire alarm going off on Sunday 5th April"

"There are many advantages to stay here and only one disadvantage. First, the good. If you are driving, this hotel is perfect. The hotel is located in a gentrified suburban area of Prague. It reminded me of a very nice strip mall in the USA. The area has plenty of free parking and besides the hotel, there is an Art gallery, 2 nice steak houses, plus Italian and Indian restaurants. There is even a small police station in the area. Second, the hotel has a very nice feature in the bathroom. It is called a "bum gun" in Asia, but it is a very dignified way to use the restroom. Cleanliness is a high priority here. Third, this is a relatively new hotel and everything is up to date. This is an excellent hotel for the price. The only disadvantage is that public transportation (1st a bus to Cerny Most and then the metro line B to downtown Prague) takes a minimum of 45 minutes. There are night trams to get you back after midnight, but still - there is a minimum of 45 minutes each way to get to the city center. However, it is an awesome hotel and I would easily stay here again. "
