The hotel is beautifully designed and decorated. The staff are friendly. Swimming pool is very clean. The breakfast is ok. We had small problems like study lamp and scale not working when arrived, but were taken care of very quickly. One suggestion is that the internet connection could be better. It just keeps dropping. You have to sign in to the network many times.

It’s Perfect
Hotel Belmonte offers the perfect stay in Krynica-Zdroj. It’s located on the side of a ski slope with a few hiking trails very close by so it’s nicely located right next to the forest where it feels like you’re on another world. The hotel facilities are top-notch with maybe the biggest wellness area I’ve seen - each of the 3 saunas and the steam room have a 14-person capacity. The breakfast selection is very expansive and top quality. The beds are super comfortable and there’s even a pillow menu (for free) to try other types of pillows. Will definitely be returning!

Wonderful, comfortable and welcoming hotel
We’ve had a wonderful stay, the hotel is modern and comfortable. Great rooms, lovely views, and SPA. Breakfast could be a bit better, especially availability within last hour of service and live cooking options.

Great hospitality
I'm using an electric car and in this hotel charging is for free :) Nice surprice. Great hospitality. Good breakfast. Sure it was not my last time at this hotel.

Może być, ale 5 gwiazdek to duża przesada
Całkiem fajny hotel, ale 5 gwiazdek to zdecydowana przesada. Śniadania monotonne, przez tydzień dzień w dzień to samo. Hotel musi coś zrobić z organizacją parkingu przed wejściem do hotelu. Niedopuszczalne jest, aby tuż przy wejściu miejsce parkingowe dla osób niepełnosprawnych było okupowane przez osoby nieupoważnione do tego. Podobnie parkowanie przy samym wejściu do hotelu, nie na wyznaczonych miejscach stanowi poważne zagrożenie dla innych osób.

For a 5 star hotel the service could be better and especially for that money. In some cases the staff at the reception were unable to provide information regarding ski areas/ski schools. There were also some cheeky answers. They charged over €10 for a Pepsi to the room and far too much was charged for a gravel parking spot that was icy.

Absolutely bad access to hotel !!! We cannot access the hotel due to high hill. Roads not cleared from snow. There is no information about that fact , even there is no note about other possibilities how to access this hotel via other roads. We spent 2 hours to finally check-in. We had to park our cars kilometers away. After that, (even the hotel were not full), we obtained rooms for our family in different floors even thought we requested it. Another big disappointment - outdoor jacuzzi closed , exactly just that day we stayed there. During check-out the receptionist asked us to pay parking !!! Really ? On the other hand the room was clean, modern and quite big. Also breakfast with a good choice of food, good coffee. We were absolutely not satisfied with the stay. I asked to talk with manager but without feedback. It is necessary to change the approach as it is rated as a 5* hotel .

Yes, the hill is steep, but Krynica is a city in mountains and we are the ski-in ski-out hotel also. Your car was parked on city parking 750m far from hotel.I did offer You another road via Zamkowa street, but You refused and decided to leave the car on city parking. I picked You up and drove to Belmonte hotel.We were very sorry,but for Your and Your Family members safety we refused to open jacuzzis - the wheater was bad and temperature below 0 was causing icy surface and high risk of slipping. I am sure that You understand, that from our point o view The Guest Safety is most important hospitality part.I am realy sorry that one of our colleagues asked You about paying for prking lot. I am sure that she didn't mean to provoke You or make angry any way.I am happy to know that our breakfast service was satysfying You and Your Family. I believe that if You would have opportunity to stay longer the memories and feelings would be better. I hope that You will give us a chance to make the first impresion for the second time.Best regards

Wspaniałe miejsce. Cudowna obsługa. Hotel na najwyższym poziomie. Polecam. Śniadania przepyszne bardzo urozmaicone, menu dla dzieci. Jeden z najlepszych obiektów 5* w jakim byliśmy. Animacje dla dzieci, które pozwalaja złapać chwilę oddechu i usciac w urokliwym barze, wypić pyszna kawę i podziwiać widoki gór

Skomplikowane windy i słaby dojazd oraz zewnętrzny
Nowy obiekt 5 gwiazdek w Krynicy z nową profesjonalną obslugą ale w obiekcie jeszcze nie dokonczonym bo droga dojazdowa jest w złym stanie a parking poza hotelem do którego dowozi obsługa hotelu samochodem pomimo ze znajduje sie bardzo blisko. Dodatkowo problematyczny is system wind który wymaga przesiadek aby sie dostac z recepcji na 4 pietrze do poszczególnych poziomów hotelu.

Droga gminna jest remontowana i właśnie ze względu na jej stan, rozwiązaniem, które proponujemy naszym Gościom na czas remontu, jest maksymalne zminimalizowanie odczuwanej niedogodności i ułatwienie skomplikowanego dojazdu.Ubolewamy także nad Pana doświadczeniem związanym z zastosowanymi w hotelu rozwiązaniami komunikacyjnymi. Wierzę, że jakość naszej obsługi rekompensuje wszelkie niedogodności i sprawia, że pobyt jest wyjątkowy.
