"Lovely hotel, in good location. Tram stop right at the front of the hotel which was great for transport to the old town. Very central to the Kazimierz district for nice restaurants and bars. Extremely welcoming and friendly staff. We had a very early start one morning for a tour and were provided with an amazing and generous bag for breakfast on the go as we could not attend the breakfast we had paid for. This was excellent. The room was nice. However, the aircon was pretty loud and we had to stop it during the night. Despite that, there was still a constant ventilation noise which was not great. The shower head was not working but the hotel attended the following morning first thing to fix it, which was great service. The breakfast was fabulous, with a great selection. We had VIP access and were given a token for 2 free drinks. However, we could not use them as the condition was to have a meal at the same time for a minimum value which we did not have time to book during our stay. A little bit disappointing. However, we would stay here again for the kindness of the staff and the good service provided."
