We could not be happier. Great location, a walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes, and restaurants and small markets all around. Great breakfast, friendly and attentive owners, very clean rooms, and beautifully decorated and furnished hotel. Free and easy parking. Balcony.

Lovely hotel, central location, friendly owners

I can't say enough good things about Divo Palace! The couple who owns it are very friendly and helpful, and keep the place *spotless*. I can't believe it's almost 20 years old; it looks brand new. On my first morning I was extremely tired and slightly sick, so I didn't come down in time for breakfast. But the owners noticed I didn't come down and actually kept breakfast out/ready for an extra HOUR, just to make sure I was fed! I can't believe how thoughtful that was. The location is excellent - in the middle of all the restaurants and shopping, and very close to all the local beaches. I would absolutely stay here again.

A little pearl in Ksamil

Nice hotel with good location. We read some bad reviews and were a bit sceptical, but we had a great stay here and don't understand where the complaints would fit in. The room was spacious and clean. We had a nice balcony with seaview. Breakfast was simple but good with all we needed. The owners were friendly and helpful whenever we had a question. We think this hotel deserves more than it's two stars. Would definitely stay here again.

Very well maintained hotel. The owners are always around and you can tell they take pride in having a clean hotel. Breakfast was delicious. Walking distance to everything you need. Loud area, but the noise wasnt too bad when you closed all the doors and blinds. 2 negatives...1-around 12am there was a horrible screetching noise that woke us up 2/3 nights. Sounded like water pipes were adjusting or something. It lasted about 10 minutes then stopped. 2- expedia page states they have laundry facilities but when we asked to do our laundry they told us that we couldnt use it. We double checked with a translator app and again they told us no laundry. Very frustrating for us as we were counting on if to get us through our trip. Overaĺl, beautiful and clean place!

The hotel is really nice and the owners put effort on it. Breakfast could improve. Rooms big and clean, but Ksamil is noisy in the summer. Overall, it was a good hotel experience.

First of all it's a 2.5* property, not a 3/4 * one. Everything was perfect apart from few I am going to mention here. It's absolutely in the perfect location, walkable to most of the famous beaches and right at the center of restaurant and markets. Issues we faced as a couple are few though. There's no way to stop shower water to come outside and wet the whole bathroom, they put a bath mat but it's not sufficient to soak enough. Lift is only capable to accommodate couple of people at once. Breakfast is sufficient but monotonous. Major issue we faced was with WiFi, our room was right next to the router but Internet was really awful. It gets disconnected frequently and speed was pathetic. When I informed that to owner he said it's how it is at Ksamil. He also showed the plug is loose sometimes causing disconnection. Now it's not a big deal for most of the tourist but we travelled without roaming pack unfortunately. So internet was really necessary to even book any event or calls. When I complained to Expedia they tried to contact the property. Since then the owner lady became grumpy. We managed to continue somehow rest of the days and got an amount refunded as token. So it was win win situation. Won't complain with parking as the owner moves car when required, but coming out, you need to be cautious, it's narrow back out.

Excelente localização e como eu tinha varanda no quarto …. Tinha uma bela vista. Staff muito gentil e um café da manhã muito bom ! Só precisa colocar um box no chuveiro para não molhar todo o chão do banheiro !

Pur nei limiti della struttura (il bagno piccolo e scomodo senza porta della doccia, un lago ogni volta, o anche le scale da fare per raggiungere la hall sono belle ma scivolose scomode per chi ha un passeggino), devo dire che la nostra esperienza è stata più che positiva, soprattutto a livello umano. La coppia di proprietari è stata gentilissima e attenta a ogni nostra esigenza. Un'ospitalità fa 10 che ha sopperito alle piccole pecche accennate. La posizione è anche discreta, in 5 minuti di passeggio in discesa si arriva al mare
