"The hotel was ok. It is located centered in the souks and the walking distance to many activities. The staff is not accommodating, they do the bare minimum. I asked for a hair dryer my entire stay and kept being told there isn’t one available to go back early in the morning when people are checking out. I asked about the salon and I was told to wash my hair only room and the person would come to dry in my room. I told them there isn’t conditioner and was told the salon also doesn’t have hair conditioner. My toilet was not flushing , 3 times I called to have someone come fix it. In the morning the bathroom had a sewer like smell. For breakfast it’s the same every day. Bakery items, like croissants and a omelette station. The only thing that made this stay decent is the location of the hotel."

"If you want to escape the madness of Medina, then Les Deux Tours is the perfect escape. Located 15 mins from Medina and 30 from the airport, the hotel is an oasis of calm. Set in a huge garden, there are multiple hidden gardens to walk through, with Peacocks roaming alongside cats and ponds with frogs and turtles. Our junior suite had its own court yard which was perfect for morning coffees and cards. There were plenty of places to eat, drink and the pool was perfect for chilling at. The staff were attentive without ever encroaching, always helpful and never imposing, I would highly recommend for a luxury break"

"Règle générale cet établissement est bien. Nous avons toutefois eu un problème avec le coffre-fort dans la chambre qui n’ouvraient plus la veille de notre départ. Nous avons du mettre de la pression à la réception pour qui nous envoie le responsable qui demeure à l’extérieur de l’établissement…il est arrivé à 23:00 pour régler la problématique contenue que nous devions quitter l’hôtel à 6:00 a.m le lendemain matin. Nous avons trouvé aussi que l’entretien pourrait être beaucoup mieux à l’extérieur, il y à beaucoup de carrelage endommagé sur les trottoirs."

"This resort is very convenience for visiting Marrakech even it is a little far from the tourist picking zone, we had a very five days stay at this resort. Every are smooth during out stay. Will comeback"

"The room was pretty clean but the towels and beddings have stains and need replacing or to be washed better. The bar had 3 basic alcoholic cocktails which were nice but becomes a bit boring after a while. The staff at reception were helpful however I believe that they’re in cahoots with the taxi companies to rip you off! I advise finding a taxi man that you like that offers good prices and stick to them or use inDrive. From the hotel to the medina we were charged 150-200 which is extortionate as inDrive would have taken you for 50 dirhams. All in all, it is a decent hotel if you are on a budget. It gets the job done especially if you’re a group of 3 and don’t want to book 2 separate rooms."

"Where we stayed at the Oasis Camp was lovely. Clearly it was a newer addition to the Barcelo Resort and it was beautifully appointed and quiet. At night they would light a fire in the center of all the "tents" which made for a lovely atmosphere. Unfortunately, the rest of the Barcelo resort has gone somewhat to seed. It was clearly in it's heyday 20 years ago or so and not much has been done to improve on it since. There were multiple amenities (volleyball, tennis, lake) that weren't well maintained and the service/food at the restaurants left us somewhat disappointed. Overall, I'd give the resort a 3/5, and the oasis camp a 5/5. "

"Food was lovely, staff incredibly friendly & our only reservation when booking was the possible cost of taxis to Marrakech but the hotel offers a free shuttle to & from at several times a day - this was such bonus, always punctual & so handy! Pool was lovely, we really enjoyed our stay, usually stay in the Medina, but a relief to escape to cleaner air!"
