"Very pleasant and helpful staff, and good breakfast. Nice clean rooms, and plenty recreation in the facility. Location ok - for O2 arena, but not best for visiting old town. However, public transport is excellent and worked well for us."

"The beds were very comfortable. The space was very large and accommodated 5 easy. Very clean and breakfast was great (although I’m certain I prepaid and they said I did not).
