"Helpful staff and a great location"

"Such a pleasant stay, quiet and safe. Friendly staff. Clean room. So far, we enjoyed our stay.. will come again next trip."

"Great hotel on Labuan. Exceptional service and a very comfortable 4 night stay. Location is very convenient, good food options on site. "

"Second time staying here. Absolutely love the view and the beach of this hotel. Definitely worth travelling a bit further out to get this experience. Staff were incredibly helpful and remembered me from my last stay, having my room ready before I even arrived. Will definitely stay again. My only complaint is the food at this resort, although I've heard the wood fired pizza is excellent, it wasn't available during my stay."

"The staff were incredible, I had a really great stay. They helped me print documents, laundry was same day and only 26 ringgit for 6 days of laundry! The room is way nicer than what’s shown online."

"Good location and clean rooms"

"I think your standard rooms don't worth RM188 per night....they worth around 80-90"

"I don't like the room window and the toilet bowl cover not clean"
