Azan, solat jemaah with the hotel permanent imam, you are on a vacation yet still able to experience syariah compliance life in the hotel compound. Convenience for family traveller with small children.The management may improve on the water pressure in the villa(room 403). Overall its a nice place to stay at.

Very outdated and terrible condition. The room smelt like a house that has been abandoned for a very long time once you enter the door. The door lock was broken. Shower head was missing. The armchair was sticky. Very dissapointed with place. If the price ws low and I found it in that condition, I would uneerstand. Ps: Najis cicak pun ada atas meja Tv 🙄

Nice hotel
Nice peaceful location, stayed as local for the firefly experience and other attractions. Nice clean room, really comfy beds, quite expensive though and the breakfast had very little choice. Swimming pool too small for the amount of chalets but we only stayed one night so it didn’t matter not to swim.

Nice getaway
All are good for a short trip. Room is nice and complete with basic stuff like air-conditioning, and hot water. Decent pool for kids to play. Breakfast is just ok. Receptionist was slow or the procedure rather lengthy for one, and she entertained the extra request by the team building organizer. Some other hotel guest trying to cut queue to checkin (rude, I know you all are attending some team building event, but please queue up), Luckily, the receptionist didn't entertain him, else will ruin my whole perception towards this hotel.

Rude staff
Was here for the anniversary trip for me and husband. Everything is ok until we get our room. Used bedsheets were outside every room when we cheked in. Having said that, the room is ok, nice and cozy. However when I opened the toilet, it smelled like pee. When i lift the toilet cover, true enough the toilet wasn’t flush! So I had to flush it off and wash the whole toilet with shower gel to get freshier smell. Then since we were hungry, we head to the cafe Rumbia cafe. There was a reunion event held on one side of the cafe. We were unattended and I have to look for the staff myself. Staff wasn’t familiar with the menu at all. He wasn’t even aware of what’s available on that day. Halfway through our lunch, staff were joking about a candle light event that will be held later that night. I find this rude enough because it is my event to surprise my husband! Even ruder when one of them asked “who will be in charge of tonight’s candle light dinner?” The other replied “ they should be in charge of themself, they want the event outside, if it rains, its gonna get wet!”. And I was there the whole time and heard all that! So rude of them! Nevertheless, candlelight dinner went well. The staff that serve us for the dinner (forgot his name) was kind and good.

There are some disappointment I've encountered with my husband during our stay:- 1. Towels were not ready until 5+pm 2. No hot water 3. Animal stools around our room 4. We paid for breakfast but later notified that there is no buffet - only serving fried noodles/rice upon request

Rooms size just nice to fit for our family trip but the Aircond need maintenance as it’s super hot when we checked in to the room at noon (after sunset the temperature in the rooms are better). And, Swimming pool seems like no clean up as the pool is full of leafs.

Quiet resort
This resort suits for family gathering. There is a pool at the center of the resort which is suitable for young children. I was surprise and happy to find a 'surau' in the resort which is active every prayer time, 5 times a day. I was not quite satisfied with the staffs which I find they were not professional in doing their job.The way they made the bed and switching the room without informing me, made me upset.

The chalets are surrounded by greeneries, away from busy roads. The rooms are clean , cosy & tidy. Though night life can be boring, the tranquility & serenity made my stay worthwhile

Good place for team-building programmes
I was staying for one night just to get a place to stay and sleep at. It's a decent place to begin with. But there are rooms that are quite far from the parking space, like mine. We had no idea that we had to walk for 10 minutes before arriving at our designated room. You cannot expect much from the swimming pool as well. It is merely there for the kids. Nonetheless, i think the place is good for team-building programmes because it has the relevant facilities.

Rooms for improvement
We noticed the following defects in our rooms 223. Hope can be rectify ASAP. 1. Hot water system is not working. 2. Bidet tap was noted leaking when we open valve. 3. We noticed, there is an opening (beside the air cond unit). The opening is exposed to outside weather. 4. The TV program is very limited. Should have ASTRO. 5. Suggestion to have GYM room or souna. Swimming pool alone is not sufficient. 6. We noticed, one of the resort room (either 118 or 119) sanitary pipe is leaking.. it was so obvious, the wastage water is leaking via the pipe. 7. Recommended to have exhaust fan for the toilet. During night, the customer can close the toilet window to avoid any unwanted intruders. Hope the above can be rectify. Thank you S.kvathanan

But i just want to share one things, hotel need more focus on safety because i found so many wild dog around the hotel area .Especially at the back chalet.This will cause danger to the visitor to walk and stay and for kids also to walk around.Need to put the wall or fence around the hotel

Amazing hotel very clean. They could have a free shuttle to the bus hub or the fireflies boat trip though. We had to pay 60 to get there which is quite expensive

Nice resort hotel for honeymoon
The cafe food for dinner is excellent. Good taste with original local touch and wirth the money paid for try. Do try tom yam+rice, nasi goreng jugra and the fried kueh teow were very delucious.

We went there last Thursday for a quick getaway. Read the previous review and quite skeptical with the hotel. Once we arrived there, we were surprised, its newly renovated! Super clean, spacious and decent decoration.

Near and Many Interesting Things To Do
an excellent place for a holiday within an hour and a half drive from Kuala Lumpur. Many interesting places to visit and restaurants to have seafood meals.

Very Dirty and TV program reception are very poo
The room and bed are very dirty, stains on beds, curtain. Mattress are too old, have to change. Toilet floating. The reception of TV program are so poor, hardly watch any TV program (only TV1 and TV2 can watch).

Although have upgraded the rooms and cafe, but....
Stain on the floor, no hook for hand bidet, hot water problem (storage tank?), TV reception limited channels and very bad reception, no towel (upon request, only get old towel with hole!), a lot of flies in the cafe (eventually discovered a fly inside the plate of noodle), dead flies everywhere in the cafe - sink, floor and tables, limited choice of food in the menu, breakfast buffet are cold!
