Really Bad, honestly, really smelly, old furniture, old tv, faded colour fabric.. air cond not working

The air conditioner in the room is leaking and the wash basin in the toilet is leaking. The duvet has mites that cause itchy skin and prevent restful sleep. Bugs on the floor.
