Pros
The bed provided a good and comfortable sleep experience.
The bathroom ventilation fan was working well.
There was proper lighting at the dressing desk, which was helpful for makeup or grooming.
The air conditioner cooled the room effectively.
The lift was in good condition and functioned properly.
Cons
Poor bathroom condition:
The bathroom was in very poor condition and clearly in need of an upgrade.
In the first room, the shower heater was not functioning, which required a room change.
In the second room, the water flow in the bathroom was very slow.
Maintenance issues throughout the room:
Several light points had exposed wires with no bulbs installed.
Furniture was old and worn out.
Walls had peeling paint, indicating lack of upkeep.
Parking space was limited, and there were no reserved spots for guests.
There was no phone in the room to contact staff, requiring a trip to the lobby/lounge for any assistance.
During the 3 day stay, there was no indication or offer for room cleaning service.
Suggestions for Improvement
Immediate attention is needed for bathroom facilities, including fixing water heaters and improving water pressure.
Install proper lighting (with bulbs), repair exposed wiring, repaint peeling walls, and refurbish or replace old furniture.
Provide room telephones or an alternative easy way to contact reception.
Establish a clear system for daily cleaning or at least inform guests about how to request housekeeping.
