poor cleanliness, STAY AWAY!!!!

booked 3 rooms of this hotel. the hotel didnt aware of our Expedia booking despite we prepaid the rooms, was told that their hotel was almost fully booked and they closed the Expedia reservation system. showed them the Expedia reservation and payment receipt only then we were given the rooms!!! first room was ok, only with a springy bed. second room was very disgusting especially with a dirty floor. the third room with a malfunctioned toilet pump. had to manually fill up the water in the pump before flushing the toilet.

Hotel in the middle of city, easy access for food

I've got a room that quite hot even with the aircond, the pillow case tear apart and and got stain.

The desk girl need to be more friendly and welcoming to customer especially for the yearof visit Pahang. Surprise that she said walking rate is cheaper than It booking
