We enjoyed the sauna and relaxation area, the bar (although no cocktails) as well as the good breakfast. it was a very pleasant stay overall and good value for money, so we may return again in the future. "Wi-Fi was very easy to access. The staff was very accomodating, as there was at least one person who spoke English and was able to answer out questions. Breakfast was delicious, and had a wide variety of both classic breakfast items and international cuisine to choose from. "

Pool freezing cold and facilitiesold and uncomfortable, shower in room completely unusable, either freezing or burning with no mixer tap. Scorched my scalp when trying to wash my hair. Shockingly poor for the high price. Badly in need of a refurb. Everything you'd expect from a hotel badly in need of refurbishment. Despite lovely room size and comfortable beds, convenient joined rooms, the amenities so poor, it was a relief to leave and stay elsewhere in lower graded accommodation which proved much more comfortable. Shocked they can charge so much for such dated accommodation. So disappointed. This was supposed to be a treat stay of our trip, but it turned out to be the worst part. Frankfurt a fantastic city and christmas markets excellent. "
